There are two ways to know something but only one is considered scientific. Either something is true because we observe it or it's true because we can deduce it. Saying nothing is certain cannot be observed. And if you make a universal claim about certainty then it means you are certain of at least that claim. But if you claim that you are not certain of certainty you are not proving uncertainty. So it's not scientific. This is why ScienceTM without philosophy ia ao dumb.

Either actions are predetermined or they aren't. You seem to think they are ultimately but believe in a soul. But if they are we are not morally responsible for anything. So I don't see how the two can be held at the same time.

Not necessarily. God is all knowing but only of things that can be known. The future doesn't exist yet and therefore cannot be known. Because we have free will that is.

Yes. Because the opposite possibility is logically untenable. If I say no then I was predetermined to say no. But then it's not my will either, it's a natural consequence, like gravity. So if there is will, then it must be free. That does not mean it's not constrained by othet factors but it's not predetermined.
