Yeah I'd say get "back to me when you have an evening available." If she does, great. If not, who gives a fuck. Daytime coffee dates are more of friend vibe and usually will be harder to escalate since you can't get drinks and she'll have to leave in the evening for work.

If you're going to double text, make sure you wait like a week. I've had girls message me back after 2 days. Like you experience, I also feel more confident. More energy and time for more productive things. I feel more disciplined and motivated for things like the gym. But the most importance factor is having my dopamine levels/receptors being healed and rewired, which gives me a better sex drive. Also to cure PIED since its been cursing me since I started PMO.
