They don't work at all, she would be lucky to get anything at all.

Not for cases like this, she has no reasonable grounds. Will get nothing.

Your book lied then, a simple Google search would explain what dowry is. Selling child brides is NOT called dowry. It's time you did a simple fact check.

That could happen too, it happened to a cousin of mine.

Although the idea of casual sex is repugnant to me but the idea of banning it is even more disgusting.

To be honest, I think, this isn't the right sub for your situation. These are men who are extremely cynical of all women.

While he certainly acted like a dick, that's from what he admitted. But they settled, didn't they ? I guess, money is way more important than justice??
/r/PussyPassDenied01/02/20 12:54 AM
11

No, you can't do that, it's insane. But if your wife decides to leave you for no fault of yours, she doesn't get anything by law. This 50/50 is a silly American thing, it's not applicable in the context of Indian law. However, a woman can claim harassment by husband and demand a certain amount of settlement. All this depends upon the kind of lawyers you have, overall, it's an unpleasant experience and nobody comes out a winner.
/r/MGTOW29/01/20 04:30 PM
12

No, it isn't, Indian laws, as horrible as they are, aren't this unfair. If someone divorces because they were cheating, they don't get anything and further more it isn't a 50/50 split. The wife is entitled to an alimony if her husband initiates the divorce but not otherwise. Western feminists are not seeking parity, instead they want preferential treatment, this is aided and abetted by your own laws though. I don't think this lady is from India though, what she says makes sense only in the conte…

Honestly, I blame this on the western idea of feminism. Your legal system is horribly biased against men and doesn't do anything to promote actual equality.

Not everyone can get a high paying job, I don't understand why you can't have one spouse stay at home and concentrate on domestic affairs.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/19 03:32 AM
2

Hmm, I hate to point this out but I think OP vastly underappreciates "SAHW" 's invaluable contributions. She manages all the domestic work, she raises your kids and feeds you all and educates them. Quite frankly, a full time job is less taxing than these things. It's a job for 2 + individuals, the other spouse should help in what way they can.

Aah, never mind, didn't take it in that way. I am not a native English speaker and love to be corrected when I make mistakes, because that's a good way to learn.

What's incorrect?
/r/PussyPassDenied26/09/19 03:54 AM

Yeah, that's a pity. It seems rather sad that these kids can't be bothered to write using correct grammatical syntax.

It's not hard to understand, but it doesn't seem particularly correct either. Is this the norm?

This, I don't see why men waste their money on women like that? It's almost as if they had a chance?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/19 05:03 AM

It gets lonely after a bit though, partying and fucking around with random chads is good for a time and then it gets old, you need someone who loves you unconditionally. I am quite sure that people who remain single don't really understand what they are missing out on. Op's sisters aren't that old though, it's too early for them.

She is not a comedian, just a fucking loser with a rich powerful dad.
/r/MensRights13/09/19 02:11 PM

Sighs, it is in India and this "Raping with eyes" is a local colloquial term for someone looking at you in a lascivious manner, it's kinda hard to describe but if you ever come down here I can take you to upmarket places where this happens !
/r/PussyPassDenied09/09/19 02:18 PM
1

Yeah that's what most regular women do but these guys usually follow them around and make them pretty uncomfortable. You have to understand that this is India and some people do get away pretty easily with harassing women. For a woman here to make an allegation like that here is pretty damn dangerous to her, please read up on cases, this is not the same as being entitled.
/r/PussyPassDenied09/09/19 06:00 AM
1

Calling out someone for their behavior is not the same as classifying it as a legal offence is it ? You are a moron, you don't have an idea as to what happens in these places and yet you are sitting in judgement of this woman.
/r/PussyPassDenied09/09/19 05:04 AM

Look, yes, stare and ogle at them making them uncomfortable, NO.

/r/MensRights04/09/19 04:57 PM

Most of these videos might seem inappropriate but the men don't seem to be complaining. In that case I don't think we should complain either. It's not sexual harassment if it's consenual.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/09/19 05:54 AM
28

To be honest, this is what would happen in most democratic countries, women will be believed more often then men in cases of assault, add to this the fact that it was a white girl complaining against a brown guy, he is going to screwed for sure. I think he did dodge a bullet by not assualting her. Is it fair ? No, obviously not.
/r/MensRights02/09/19 03:35 PM

I don't like the idea of this movie but it's for entirely different reasons.

/r/PurplePillDebate20/08/19 03:33 AM

No, don't think I could. The idea sounds disgusting, honestly I find the idea of forcing someone to have sex very very unappealing. Would prefer to masturbate than to molest someone who is not attracted to me / doesn't want to have sex with me.

Maybe they are uncomfortable interacting with you ? Have you ever considered the fact that some women don't feel any obligation to tell you the truth ?

You are a complete retard if you haven't heard of that or maybe you don't speak Hindi at all.

My thought process is that of an Indian person educated in English, yes, it's not the same as American English, more on the lines of British English. This thought process of mine extends to all the languages I speak, attempts must be made to speak the language correctly. You don't really get it though, most of us learn English in our schools and colleges and it is NOT anything like this. She uses SMS lingo which is both lazy and grammatically incorrect, I certainly don't expect everybody to speak…
/r/PussyPassDenied26/07/19 03:57 AM

I don't know, it just is very annoying to see somebody write English like that. I am pretty old school, it's not that she doesn't know the language, she and many other celebs deliberately write that like. It triggers me because it looks pretty disrespectful to me.

It has to do with the literal translation of a Hindi word "Netra Chodan", which means using your eyes to fuck someone. It probably means staring intensely at someone and making them uncomfortable. Edit: In case somebody accuses me of making this up. https://twitter.com/vishy_vishal/status/1038021045083664384

I'm kinda conflicted on this, men have been known to harass women in bars here, some do go to great extents to stare at them and make them uncomfortable. She should have probably not done this on Twitter. Don't think this post belongs here.

Not stupid, just doesn't care.
/r/PussyPassDenied26/07/19 03:15 AM

She shouldn't get a pass for her piss-poor English though. She belongs to a class of people who have been educated mostly in English.
/r/PussyPassDenied26/07/19 03:15 AM

That's not the problem here, most of these actors use SMS lingo and that's just plain cancer.

Agreed, she should have been fined heavily and let of with a warning.

/r/PussyPassDenied26/07/19 02:56 AM

Not true, just look at Captain Marvel, she can kick anybody's ass /s.
/r/PussyPassDenied23/07/19 02:11 PM

For most men that's not true. People can differentiate between reality and fantasy.
