4	[FR] First approach, whoa! Great FR, man. I'm still working on my AA and this is good inspiration. I'm not a pro by any means, but here are my two cents for your questions: 1) I definitely think warming up becomes less important over time. Right now, it's still a conscious decision to talk to strangers and to be sociable. Over time, though, it will start to become a habit and an overall mindset.
