This could be avoided by finding girls outside of my social groups...but I don't know if it would make the difference. Also, I become nervous around them once they show interest. | 1 | Need to do serious work on myselfAs a student, you should have access to a counselor. In college I went through something similar, and part of my improvement was seeing a counselor. Even if they don't have answers, which mine didn't...simply discussing these things can be extremely helpful and give you much more focused direction. Also, this sounds obvious haha, but I found if you want your life to change, then you need to make changes! This includes removing the alcohol and getting out of your comfort zone.
