It's biologically beneficial for men to have many partners, not women. The investment required for rearing offspring is far greater for women. Purely biological strategies push men toward promiscuity, women toward hypergamy. Both are deleterious to a healthy society, and only (societal) enforced monogamy has worked through history as a means of successful compromise.

Very right. My main hope is that someone else reads this and takes away better clarity on the topic. It also allows me a chance to better articulate my thoughts, so I better understand them myself :-)

10 generations is only approximately 400 years. A generation is about 25 years, so 250 years per empire. But whatever. The Roman Empire, for instance, lasted from 27 BCE until the fall of Constantinople in the 1400s. Dunno if you can consider the Byzantine Empire that great. When the centuries of your rule are called the "dark ages" it isn't so flattering. Ancient Egypt was a [preeminent] power off and on for over 2000 years. Off and on. did you seriously imply that if the Aztecs had been manlie…

Every great society only lasts around 10 generations. It's the old adage "Hard times create strong men. Strong men create good times. Good times create weak men. Weak men create hard times. Repeat." There's a natural cycle, and it's biological. For a more thorough human analysis, see here. "The West" is comprised of several different societies, but most are in the stage of weak men creating hard times. Feminism is only a byproduct of that, as feminism can only exist during good times. There's no…

It matters due to biology and hundreds of thousands of years of evolutionary psychology. Cultures where it doesn't matter don't survive. The west is dying due to low fertility brought on by feminism, so this panacea you dream of will never materialize. Cultures that frown on female promiscuity will be the only ones that continue.

Because this is basic evolutionary psychology, i.e. nature's truth. Only modern pseudo-intellectualism pretends the genders can be equal. And I've lived both in America and abroad. In non-western countries red pill theories are very much the norm. So you must be referring to France or Sweden, where their culture is only a generation or two away from extinction, to be replaced by a more red pilled culture. One way or another red pill is the future.

With that logic, every hot woman is a whore by default? Because she has high n count because she is attractive. Circular logic. I will repeat myself: the measure of a woman's attractiveness is commitment, the measure of a man's is sex. Can’t see how can it be different for each gender. Well that's where you're incorrect, it is. Sorry you've been lied to. Attractiveness, especially male attractiveness is extremely subjective to women. Sure, but not that much.

You're not attracted to him because of his n-count, he has a high n-count because he's attractive.

If from age 20-30 a woman had 5 two year long relationships she'd have an n-count of 5 and probably be of high value. If from 20-30 a woman had on average 10 randoms a year (low balling), she'd have an n-count of 100 and absolutely be low value. A HVM doesn't let on how much sex he's had, and without knowing that you'd absolutely be attracted to him. Other women obviously were.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/20 12:11 AM

Exactly. Women damn well know their n-count matters. They'll make up the most ridiculous rationalizations here to justify it, but deep down they know.

What is so hard to understand for you purple pillers? A woman's commodity is sex, a man's is commitment. If a man can get lots of sex, he's high value. If a woman can get lots of commitment she's high value. Reverse scenarios, and they are low value. A woman being used for sex by multiple men is harmful to mental health and bonding ability. A man being used for sex by multiple women is a good indicator that he's nearing the top. Less than 5 She obviously can't get commitment, is therefore low va…

The feminine instinct is to submit, but only to a worthy masculine man. Most modern men aren't truly masculine. Put any woman here in front of the right man, and she'll submit and swoon. But as others are saying, it's not so much the act of dominance, but the potential.

Uh... really? Follow the money: https://www.insider.com/hollywood-gender-pay-gap-examples-actresses-paid-less-than-actors-2019-4 And this isn't some sort of patriarchal conspiracy. Hollywood is one of the wokest industries. It's a result of innate demand and replaceability.

Ok... survey 100 random women, Keanu Reeves or young "heartthrob". Might get 50/50. Now survey 100 random men, mid-50s actress of your choice or Margot Robbie in Wolf of Wall Street. I'll bet it's close to 100% Margot. So per OP, "don't you get it?" What else can you bring?

it's a common error of modern women And my bad, it's a common error among both genders, men are equally guilty. A blue pill beta man is essentially a feminine man, personifying and striving for the qualities he wants to see in a female partner.

We're not trying to win her love. Our only critic is ourselves. We're chasing our own aspirations, not in a rat race to court women. If she deems our path isn't worth following, then that woman isn't worth leading. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JYlPhFj_3T0

Involuntary cuckoldry, there's nine months between coitus and birth. A male has sex with a female, thinks the progeny are his, but are in fact those of a different male. Before society created monogamy this was very common, resulting in a strong male mate guarding instinct and a strong preference for females with no previous sexual partners. This is also the preference for younger females (less likely to have had other partners), along with increased fertility. If a male did not develop this ins…

You trying to convince us or yourself? 200,000 years of human history, males evolved to ensure resources only went to their children, which meant seeking virgin women. Literal cuckold DNA was bred out. It's in our reptilian brains; every man cares.

Not sure where I'm showing glee at female suffering. The OP is a young lady curious about the wall. I'm sharing my experience and opinion about how her youth serves as the greatest attraction for potential suitors. If anything I'm trying to assist women in minimizing their future suffering.

And they probably settled. They could have done better had they committed earlier, and ultimately been happier for it. Best of luck to them though. But no, as I get older interest from women grows exponentially.

Agree with skystar86. Male thirst is limitless. If you just want casual, superficial relationships with sub par men, you're set for life. But to get meaningful, lifelong commitment from a high value man you need to lock something down before 30, if not earlier.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/03/20 02:57 PM

This. Men value physical fidelity, women value emotional. That's because a man's main concern is paternity (not wasting resources on progeny without his DNA), a woman's is securing resources and support for said progeny. That's why polygamy is more likely to be one man, several women. As long as the man can provide resources for all in the family, the women are (predominately) satisfied.

Love: the feeling you get when you can't do any better. Women think it's "settling" because they imagine their SMV stays the same throughout their lifetime. It doesn't. A woman's SMV peaks at 23 and only declines. This is consistent with the majority of women as men primarily value youth, beauty, and fertility. A man's SMV peaks anywhere from 35 to 55 depending on the cultivation of what women value: confidence, competence, resources. What women imagine: https://i.imgur.com/dwtTfG6.png What actu…

Two things: Empty barrels make the most noise. A lot of discussion on TRP and asktrp are guys going through the anger phase, which can be pretty misogynistic. Unfortunately that's the impression most get of the philosophy. True TRP is not to hate women, but understand them so we can more properly love them and receive love from them. Female solipsism. Women claim to place higher value on empathy, but only when that empathy is directed towards them.

Men do not choose to be raised on fairytales nor do they choose to be born in the bottom 80%. Do you still believe in Santa Claus too? Be a man, quit believing in fairytales. There's also a simple path to the top 20%. Be a man, have discipline, work for it. And when men figure it out and try to talk about it, they are shamed and gaslit. Which makes men mad and confused. Who cares? Be a man, don't whine about it. It is what it is. Just look at trp and mgtow, men are either changing who they are t…

I'm not running, and my path isn't dark. I know we're just strangers on the internet, so you might be skeptical, but I'm not an incel, I do plenty of dating. From my experience, higher n-count women tend to have less emotional availability. They're fun for a go between the sheets, but they don't offer the depth men want in the long term. No amount of un-paranoid conversation with them will change that.

Its not that the marriages are [of] better quality. Debatable. A divorce is never good, especially for the man. more likely to 'see' problems occurring in their marriages and divorce over it. Nitpicky, critical, less resilient, less committed. Gotcha. [Oxytocin] is depleted through the number of sexual encounters, not number of partners So... you're proving my point? I want a partner who will pair bond.

We don't ask because we know you'll lie, however we have other ways of discerning. We do care, and it's not just cultural, it's science. Women lose the ability to pair bond, be emotionally available the more partners they have. Depleted ability to produce oxytocin. Statistically more premarital partners equates to lower marriage success.
