Although i'm still in the hole, I'm eating better, trying to get decent sleep (can easily stay in bed 'til midday, because what the point in anything, right? (/s)) going to the gym 4/5 times a week. Still struggling to find meaningful hobbies, no motivation to do a lot. Been plodding along for too long now, so need to kick myself into action. Not really sure where to start as i cba to actually do anything.

Dont get me wrong, i dont drink constantly. Weekends only, i work through the week and dont drink at all. Weekends are my downtime. I was just drinking too much.

A year ago came out of a long term relationship, i struggled a lot afterwards - really dark times for me (sleeping, drinking, eating shit, shutting myself away) I've finally got my shit together and have been back in the gym, looking after myself, eating right, cutting down on drink etc... blah blah Told a friend i havent spoken with for a while about all this etc, he asked "You doing that for the ladies?" i said "No, i'm doing it for myself".
