Out of curiosity, do you know how old those laws are?

Probably depends on the issue, but agreed. Medical care, mental and other therapies are so helpful. Unfortunately in the US it is ridiculously expensive and tons of people don’t have access. I’m not surprised that people’s health is such an issue here.

Maybe try joining public social groups that revolve around your hobbies/what you’re good at. I think if you get some positive social feedback from anyone you’ll feel better about yourself!

That’s often true but plenty of my favorite female comedians don’t use that schtick, like Kathleen Madigan, for example. Also plenty of male comedians use the dick schtick. It’s really, really common. Some of my favorite male comedians, like Brian Regan, don’t incorporate dicks into their comedy, but many of them do.

I think a good approach with new people is to not be too attached to the outcome of your interaction, while always being respectful and considerate. That way, you generally come out feeling pretty good about the interaction

Have you guys seen Norsemen on Netflix? Freya was mine and my hubby’s favorite female character. She was both strong and independent, as well as being super feminine, especially around her crush. Absolutely loved her character.

My goodness. This is definitely not true! Women are capable of examining and observing their own mental and emotional processes. Many “post wall” posts in this sub are women doing that very introspective process. I honestly think many women just aren’t aware of the extent men take things just to have sex, so they are naive and often suffering under different illusions. Reminds me of this Bill Burr bit, which I love. He knows what he’s talking about!

I know I’m a Wahmyn or whatever, but I’ve enjoyed making the sausage with my husband for half my life. During this time I’ve mostly cooked and he has provided both materials and constructive critique. Our sausages just keep improving! Edit: I end up making the sausage, if you didn’t get that part. Ultimately though, I make the sausage for him, so he not only provides, he gives me input into making better sausage. I live for those moments of having done it just right and seeing his bliss.

I mean, maybe more precisely, I wouldn’t even be interested in this guy. His personality is fuck boi and I just don’t get into that. I’m sure I’m not alone in that. I am attracted to men’s personalities first, physical features second. Even Patrice O’Neal spoke about how ladies can be so nice and accepting, despite your flaws. Its definitely real, but you just need to find the right girl

I think it’s because they’re taking a reactive position to online dating. It’s understandable that they feel uncomfortable with some of the responses they get, but posting those reactions to base-level responses isn’t productive imo. Instead they should speak about themselves in terms of the other person, because that’s how people will get to know them; it’s not about silly and ephemeral preferences. I feel for the ladies soliciting dates online though, because some people are really weird. You …

It’s so difficult to conceptualize another person’s experience! It’s kind of like trying to imagine yourself as a completely different person. Like if you’re white - what if you were black? Or vice versa? I don’t think it’s easy to understand other people’s hardships until you have empathy for them. Empathy is learned, and totally contextual! In all honesty if you can’t respect the other person’s communications because “you know better”, you’re likely lacking empathy for the person’s situation. …

I’ve been fucking my hubby almost every day for twenty years.... he could probably testify that the wear and tear of the vagina is bull. What does make a difference is doing exercises like kegels. You can do them anytime and it will demonstrably make your vag tighter over time.

Sometimes I think trans women are better at being female than bio women. If you’re a top than it’s really no more gay than fucking a woman in the ass.

Yes, as far as I know she knew! Trust me it’s not rare for some women to do this! I was horrified when he told me the story, but since then I’ve seen many similar stories. Sucks man.

One of my friends was married and found out in the divorce that his 4yr old daughter wasn’t his. The wife brought that info out in the divorce to cut ties with him. It was so traumatizing for him. I feel for anyone that goes through this terrible nonsense.

I just don’t get what you’re saying, like maybe after the wall (which applies to all) the only people we could possibly date would be our peers? I suppose you’d include older people too. I’m just not sure this is true at all. I think loads of men and women in their 30s are dating people in their twenties.... with the potential for reproduction! Expanding on that, men and women who have hit the “wall” don’t necessarily have less access to the “premium” cock and pussy (under 30), even for long ter…

Sorry this is a late reply, and trust me it’s fully theoretical, but why would the wall apply to me if I got divorced? Isn’t it about reproduction and providing? We’ve already had kiddos and both of us have professional jobs. I personally don’t want to be independent and love the dynamic of my family, but if I wanted to...

Omg you guys! I’m perusing this subreddit from top/all and while I understand where people are coming from to some extent, this is just spiteful and filled with hatred instead of love. I’m so sorry you all feel way!

I think having sex keeps you young, but being jaded does the opposite. I’d argue that it’s not so much the number of cocks as it is her emotional stability while doing that. It seems hard to me to maintain a healthy mental state in those kind of circumstances, but some people seem to do it, for sure. I think it applies to both men and women honestly.

You know how they say guys have a second head that makes decisions for them (i.e. penis)? Baby fever is just as strong and guides us too - but the second head is your future little ones. Don’t worry! You have a lot of time to sort this out and and stress is bad. ❤️

I dunno.. I think you make some good points, like about how this subreddit is for ranting about certain ladies, for example. I definitely could see what you’re saying about some women being entitled when they’re not, for sure! But professional couples that have babies in their 30s seems smart to me (whether they are from the same office or not). Men and women suffer from reproductive degradation over time, but the first half of your 30s is not considered a risky time, for either. The other point…

Of course anyone has the right to choose who they’re attracted to! I’m not even sure why you’re saying that. Men are not all the same, I just don’t think you can generalize who men are attracted to for long term relationships. There are so many different people out there with a whole range of backgrounds and expectations and needs...some men already have kids! Kids that they care for, just like the moms. Actually, many of them do, I think. I’m going to be honest with you, because I get how you t…

Yeah, it happens. I think we all know that whatever we imagined about a situation can be a lot different from our expectations.... personally I’d not wish for multiples unless I had lot of childcare support, one way or the other!

I’ve been wondering if this “wall” concept may be directly related to why some women seek to have independence from men, socially and financially. I’m not independent myself, but I’d hope my daughter could choose to be if she wanted to. Some women don’t want to be dependent on anyone, and I totally respect them!

I’m not sure if a person can tell how many people another person has slept with. I found out one of my respected doctor friends had slept with over 200 men and I was shocked, honestly! I had no idea she was so promiscuous, and I don’t think anyone would guess!

Yeah, I was never like that, even when I was single. I know a lot of women string men that are interested in them along so they can get favors from them. I know because they talk about it. I could never do that to someone, it just feels wrong. Luckily I’ve made quite a few girlfriends that share my values too. I love them!

Oh that makes sense. I’m actually glad to not be in my teens and 20s anymore. I couldn’t handle all the constant attention, or even harassment from men. It’s pretty intense! I’m not quite so spicy anymore in my 40s but I feel like I can handle myself and relationships with men better at this more “medium” level lol. I know I don’t fit in this sub, but I find it interesting to read. Thanks for filling me in!

I learned people didn't actually die so young like that, rather infant mortality rates were so high they skewed the average. If they survived, many people lived into their 60s or something
