I could suggest that the tech industry has been all but immune to affirmative action, or point out that characters epitomised by Marissa Mayer are embedded well in the tech circuit. The government tech scenes over here see women well represented compared to some markets also. Affirmative action advocates usually have trouble seeing how it perpetuates the cycle of discrimination. This is more true than elsewhere when entry requirements to any career are lowered to target a group, who then often do not perform as well and become the evidence for discrimination. Just poster the institution with the question as to whether or not she is willing and compicit, or just duped by, the NGO's alterior motives and agenda. She wants to use her authority (public position) to stiffle you, use her public position to force her to rethink, or at least clarify her stance.

I see these, and fundamentally agree with the "no rights for the father" issues we're seeing, however I have also seen examples (in Australia) or adversarial and vexatious mothers being provided justice when the father documented and evidenced things properly, and didn't lose his shit. Sorry to hear mate, keep a diary - communicate only in writing.

Perception.
