Those lines (if they're horizontal) could signal a nutrient deficiency - specifically zinc, iron, and B vitamins.

Plus, if you take them long term they can really mess with your ability to conceive a child. (Even after you stop taking them.)

I use it and it's great. Really fresh and I'm sure you know it's "cold pressed."

Of course! As far as I know, there isn't any hard science that supports withholding ejaculation to promote health. However, eastern philosophy says that fewer ejaculations mean greater longevity for men. And here is a blog post that talks about orgasm and performance. You may also enjoy this book which describes ancient sex practices (including tantra) and their application to relationships today. It's on my to-read list!

That's the only thing I've read so far. Also try not to ever turn down sex (sounds obvious, but if a man gets rejected enough he will stop wanting sex). Make quickie sex ok- if your S.O. doesn't feel obligated to please you then sex will be less of a hassle for him. Another thing (not mentioned in this book) is to have him withhold his orgasm. His sex drive will be way higher. For optimal health, men should not be ejaculating as often as they start getting older. If you're interested, I can give…

I've been reading Mars and Venus in the Bedroom: A Guide to Lasting Romance and Passion by John Gray, PhD. He writes that when women overtly initiate, the man feels like he's under pressure, which makes sex less appealing and more stressful. One technique is to masturbate in your partner's presence and let him know that it's okay whether he joins you or not. The idea is to make sex his decision and take off his pressure to perform. If you've already started masturbating, he won't need to do much…

Haha I'm glad you're enjoying it! Yeah a lot of the recipes look advanced but you'll get there with practice! I'm just starting to cook more as well. :)

Congratulations on making such a big change! I really enjoy browsing paleo/primal blogs and they usually have lots of recipes! Nom Nom Paleo is my go-to recipe box. Also, Mark's Daily Apple has a directory for all things primal, including recipes.

This makes sense to me. However, according to The Surrendered Single by Laura Doyle, we are not supposed to "mother" our men, such as run his errands without being asked or shower him with gifts. Where do we draw the line? Of course I would happily cook, clean, and do laundry which is expected from a surrendered wife. Granted, I have not read the married version of the book so my apologies if it has been answered there.

That's very brave of you to admit to us and more importantly, yourself. Self-deception is effortless. I denied my hypergamous nature for a whole year (the swallowing process) before finally realizing that I have one of the worst hamsters- I was always justifying my questionable decisions and making excuses as to why my situation was a special case. Now that I can identify the specific harmful thought patterns, I'm much more reasonable.

I whole-heartedly agree with you, as gender really is a spectrum. IMO this sub works best for classically feminine women.

Some subreddits have been recently banned because users were harassing others and expressing their (hateful) ideas outside of their subs. RPW is probably safe because reddit is only banning subs whose users exhibit inappropriate behaviors outside of their community, not subs with unpopular ideas.

The music I like is "indie," containing lyrics that are neither RP nor BP. My current obsessions are: Swiss Lips, Purity Ring, and Zella Day.

What does her diet look like? Not everyone can tolerate grains, dairy, or eggs. Maybe try a paleo template. Check out /r/paleo for info and ideas. Additionally, the Purely Primal Skincare Guide was very helpful for me. I can send you the PDF if you're interested.

Alexi Lalas never did but he is an exception. Most athletes do lift, I know.

Hey all I meant was that it's not necessary to become HUGE. Of course lifting is healthy and makes you look better overall. Btw some professional soccer players don't lift at all; but that was not my point.

You only need to do real exercise maybe 15 minutes a week. "Body by Science" does that in the gym with machines. Or you can do some sprints outside or on a treadmill/bike. Walking doesn't count as real exercise but everyone should be doing plenty of it. I am in favor of a treadmill or standing desk.

It seems that you are both financially and emotionally stable enough. Biologically speaking, 25 is a perfect time for kids.

100% honest girl here. I agree with most TRP advice but I do NOT find bodybuilders attractive. I think they're actually quite scary. Every girl has her own preferences and in China some girls tell their boyfriends to stop working out because they like them skinny. Personally I think the perfect balance is a soccer player: toned but not huge.

Castor oil is a great start. It can be drying, though, so some people use a carrier such as jojoba oil. You can also add various other oils. Here is a great guide.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
