AFs are no different than most people. They go to work, they pay bills, they play sports, they participate in cool hobbies. All of which are hierarchies or games in which competition (or cooperation) can occur. The winner of each hierarchy, in the TRP sense, gets the girls. But i guess the interpretation is dependent on the context and temporal scale. People that truly DFAG about hierarchies are either homeless or in prison.

I think that JP actually understands this and probably in a much deeper and thorough way than you do. The fact of the matter is that sexual selection is a major driving force in evolution. Yes, we did not evolve directly from chimps like pokemon, but chimps and other primate ancestors have different mating systems than humans do., which suggests, like many species, that sexual selection was a driving force for what we have become today.

Most people would agree that all hierarchies are inherently corrupt just as the societies they occur in are also corrupt. Some societies much more than others. But to admit this does not imply that underpinnings of a hierarchy are based primarily on power motives or oppression. I agree, the disgust factor is real and goes much further than a women judging a repulsive man. I just think the idea of using protection, asking someone to pull out, and not swallowing really is context dependent, and that not everything simply boils down to Alpha/Beta dynamics.

All of these 9 types can be explained with the big 5 personality traits. In reality , most people are a mix of the types with differences between the genders. Stewards: high agreeableness Independents : high conscientious and openness Competitors: low agreeableness etc, etc.
