2	FR: Fatherhood. Some early observations. Love this post! I just became a new father like you, and a lot of this stuff is spot on. I've been making sure that if my wife is getting frustrated from the baby continuing to cry (happens often if my wife doesnt nap with the baby), I take the baby with a happy, positive demeanor. 1	OYS - Where Progress is Made (10/16/19) Thanks for the reply! I've been fortunate to have a couple of good male friends when I was a teenager that really helped shape my outlook on life. They also helped me strive to be a bit healthier not just physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. 1	Complete Lifting Reset Thank you for the advice! The biggest problem with my lower back is the fact that my left leg is significantly longer than my right. I had an xray done on Friday and saw it today. The left side of my pelvis looked about 2 inches higher than my right. No idea why I have that issue, i just do. I do have a lift in my shoe now, though. Hopefully that'll help. Regarding the weight lifting, i graduated high school at 155lbs, same height. 1	Is strength training unhealthy? No, not at all. I'm just wanting to get stronger to be stronger. I already decided that I'm not going back to him because he was just wanting to talk and not listen. But again, no. I'm just trying to get stronger and be the best man I can be.
