| 1 | 2/2/3 custody?My ex works 12-hour shifts as a nurse, I'm more than willing to work out any reasonable agreement as long as it's 50/50 and I don't have to go a week without seeing my kids. Is it okay that with my kids being so young I want one of the drop off days to being face2face mommy daddy Exchange where share some time together. We are both amazing parents we both love our kids very much and we were both the outcome of divorced homes with very poor custody and we realize what it did to us and there's no chance we want anything like that. We've agreed to live very close to each other and the children are going to maintain their childhood home which I'm taking and schools are going to be based out of that home...
