2	Crime committed by husband/wife. Husband gets 5 months prison - wife 2 months - husband 250 hours community service - wife 100 - husband $250k fine - wife $150k fine - go figger... It's just better, you boil away all that is inconsequential such as race, gender and background avoiding peoples predilections of a individual and destroys the "story" being told on both sides of the discussion returning focus to the evidence.
