1	It's not right Only 10 percent of cases actually end up in the family court system. In most cases of divorce, men simply opt to give women custody of their children, and even in the family court system custody is given to men about half the time, and women the other half. The reason this is not yet showing up in statistics is because of the fact that these figures used to be skewed towards women.
