8	Had one of the worst first date scenarios ever, but saved it by staying composed and in control I mean to be fair, didn’t he say it was a busy sports bar? Yesterday was Wimbledon, the EUFA Euro Cup Final, and an NBA Final game. There are healthy ways to bulk, and I’m 6 ft roughly 145 lbs and am 32, have more or less been at this weight since 17. I workout regularly, and have lean muscles that are getting thicker and more solid looking with virtually no change in diet and even eating at a caloric deficit.
