Might depend what you look like. Don't forget the 80/20 rule. Pics of your matches/convos or it didn't happen

Assume attraction Don't compliment her right off the bat or give her any reason to think she's above you

I don't think this is a good idea because it shows defensiveness/rationalization to a girl as well as putting her above you aka putting her on a pedestal She is a stranger. All you have seen is what she looks like. Rather it's better to go into the approach thinking "why wouldn't she like me? im awesome" or something close to that if you're not there in terms of confidence So my suggestion is saying: 1.) something about her shoes or style 2.) something about the environment you're in (if you are…

This is an amazing response, thank you. That's exactly it, actually doing things, taking action, is the hardest part of all. Talking is easy, it's like, theoretically everyone knows what to do. Actually doing that is tough. You're also correct girls probably observe more than we know or they let on. A lot of the things you say ring the truth. I definitely believe all of it. It's just tough to equate that, which I know deep down to be true, to what I'm seeing in the real world. It just irks me be…

So you don't recommend texting her anything the same night? What about a "let me know when you're back home safe"? I'm very on the fence about texting her anything, and also even texting her "let me know when you're home safe" because I feel like it doesn't matter and girls don't care haha. SO I don't even want to do it but I do it out of custom

That makes sense, thank you for the insight! Do you like "teaching" guys what you like? Or do you prefer the guy is a whiz on his own?

I was with you up until the going down part. I'm sure that's true but like.../u/radicalmattidude was talking about dating and sex in general, without explicitly mentioning sexual acts and now you bring up head out of nowhere hahah Seems like a very pointed and specific issue for you lol

I thought my responses were long and well drawn/thought out but your original comment here plus the one above are both really quite good and dare I even say, inspiring. What I've been struggling with to answer is let's say you work on yourself, develop yourself, become centered, driven, find your purpose and mission in life. You become a high status man. But how do you know if you will find the right person (girl) that you want? Some guys just luck their way into a relationship with a great girl…

This is the right attitude and the right approach. It will 100% lead to more confidence. It's the same approach I've taken myself Often times I'll tell my friends, or girls, that I've gone out by myself, watched a movie by myself, etc etc, and see their eyes bug out. Especially the girls, they can't believe I'd do stuff on my own. It's kinda funny But that's one of the nice things about being a guy is that you're afforded that luxury. You CAN go out and do amazing things by yourself and have a g…

I'd say both /u/PimPedOutGeese and /u/FIFAPLAYAH are correct. It's true general frequency and availability of hookups decreases as you get older whether it's your job, or partners, or emotional baggage or just because your circle of friends decreases But it's also true there are constantly new girls at the bars in their early-mid twenties. And trust me 30s is plenty young to be in a bar. Especially these days when I see people constantly being in the bars in their 40s, 50s, 60s. It's not that th…

You are young man, this is a blessing. Just take this time to work on yourself. Especially with the quarantine going on, you have ample time to work on yourself, develop yourself, read books, start new hobbies or interests, and even workout at home. Over time this will translate into confidence. For example, you could pick up guitar (always a winner with the ladies), and in 8 years, you'd be 25 and in the prime of your life and be an awesome guitar player with massive confidence. Imagine your su…

Do not be seen as a guy women consider nice. That's how you get friendzoned. You need to be confident enough to speak your mind, be polarizing, stimulate her emotionally, be able to say no, strong enough to maintain your boundaries etc etc.

Have you tried asking them? Usually this is cringe and doesn't work out as most girls won't exactly say what you did wrong. And often times it's just a "feeling" they have. But hey, once in a while, maybe a rare girl will offer constructive feedback There's got to be something else, this is not the whole story you're sharing here I will add /u/anothergirl22 has some good advice concerning sex/intimacy. You need to build and focus on the foreplay. For girls it's more a mental/emotional thing firs…

Sorry to hear that man, but judging from the way you described it - can't say I'm surprised If girls are interested, they'll let you know. Most of the times it won't be overt, but they'll def let you know in some way or the other In any case, you don't want a girl that's a "maybe tomorrow", that's lame. You want a FUCK YES let's fucking do it kinda girl

Not OP but I was in a similar situation. I mean I didn't text her friend or do something that shady, more like she dodged my question of wanting to go out and eventually I stopped responding to her. She still views my Insta stories though I'll tell you the same thing I was told...she's watching everyone's Insta stories - she's a girl and she's bored during quarantine. I wouldn't read too much into it And here's the best singular real piece of advice I can give you: if she liked you, she'd make i…

I believe /u/fr4nk1yn is right You have to be spontaneous, random, keep her guessing. That has to be the mentality, and specifically, that has to be YOUR mentality Most likely, she will not be thinking of how to keep things interesting or spicy and she'll see that as your job

So who should text after the first date? I used to do that, but at this point I'm loathe to do so exactly for the reason /u/auxdub said. Anecdotally, and even from my own experience, what auxdub said has proven to be true

The problem with this is that it doesn't account for the tons of guys in a hot girl's life and the tons that message girls through text, DM, or social media. Let's say you approach a girl and have good game. You approach her because she's good looking - and chances are, tons of other guys think so too. But now because of tech and social media, not only do you need good game, you need GREAT game. The bar is very high So even with good in-person game and good texting, she STILL may not go out with…

This is cringe and I can tell you from personal (and looking back, painful) experiences that this does not work. Girls will not own up to blocking or ghosting you. From their mentality it's "I don't owe him anything". Sometimes that's warranted but a lot of times, it's their excuse for having shitty behavior. Best thing you can do is ignore it happened, making it seem like it didn't affect you, this indicates confidence and that you're not perturbed by her childish behavior. A bigger plus is rad…

Agree with all of this. You never really get far calling out girls and their bullshit. God forbid they feel responsible for it Much better to clearly define and have your boundaries. If a girl disrespects you, slowly stop talking to her or cut her out completely

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
