Learn to talk to everyone man. EVERYONE. Checkout women, homeless people, millionaires... and girls. But you don't learn to speak to girls... you learn to speak to people and expand from there. "How to win friends and influence people" is a great place to start. Brilliant book. People skills are a skill, you can learn them. Just become a student and get after it. And be a good person. Read Rudyard Kipling poem "If" its a good moral compass to have.

"The right community is so much more inviting. They allow you to speak. I'm lost." Lol. Them evil fascists encouraging you to speak and shit. You are not lost mate, you're just unplugging. Stick with the folk who don't censor open discussions.

I easily met a diagnosis for BPD. Journaling & learning to feel emotions properly reduced those symptoms by close to 30%.. Long term if you really struggle MDMA therapy (Read Trust, Surrender, Recieve) and that will be mainstream shortly... it was a game changer for me, perhaps something like a support group like CODA... Ultimately its about falling deeply in love with yourself and building a relationship with yourself.. accepting yourself.. So whatever moves you towards that... Nathaniel Brando…

As you grow you'll understand the subtle difference between perfectionism and having standards... Shawn T. Smith - the practical guide to men - and his other books might help you... but there's really no rush.. that your even asking questions is soooo positive... Take your time, gently find a process that is life giving... reflective journaling where you ask yourself questions, prayer that is grounded in surrendering and letting go, meditation, dancing, get into nature, cooking healthy life givi…

Knew a guy who legit looked like Brad Pitt. Though I didn't notice when I first met him because his character was so... weak. Girls would stare at him and poke each other as he walked through a bar. He could never get any girl that he knew to date him long term because he was so nice and... again... weak. I'm 6ft 2, decent looking, bald, unphotogenic so internet dating is hilariously unrepresentative of reality for me. Never have any difficulty getting girls to be my girlfriend. I'm gregarious, …

I once text "You gotta come... I spent all day digging". And sent a picture of a grave in the woods I wouldn't recommend it though : ) She dug it. We dated for 6 months.

A lot of the enlightened people in this subreddit sound just as angry and bitter as the red pill fundamentalists

Social skills. They're a skill and like any skill, they can be learned. The more diligent the student. The faster they learn. I wouldn't start with girls, start with everyone. Figure out how to open conversations with everyone and anyone. With the bus driver, with the check out woman, with strangers on a park bench. Read How to win friends and influence people it's a good place to start, anything on charisma, exploding smiles, firm handshakes, reflective listening, projecting, standing tall, voc…

He might just have a lower libido. If not and this is a bit out there, but Patrick Carnes book Sexual Anorexia is interesting, id read the symptoms of sexual anorexia as well... its like a withdrawal form sexual contact... paying for sex would be a sign of it as its a way of controlling genuine intimacy Ive experienced it myself, that as the intimacy increases I would pull away sexually... and just subconsciously... Just a thought, I may be entirely incorrect.

Corey Wayne. He likes women (as opposed to a lot of red pill stuff) and gets into opening your heart in later chapters of his book 3% man. Highly recommend.

A survivalist course. You go off for a weekend/week and they train you to survive in the wilderness, build shelters, set fires, etc Bear Grylls Box Set - He's a Christian too so perhaps his autobiography would be nice as well ...and a folding shovel for digging a poop hole in the woods : )

Even reading some of the comments here I can see how it can be used for evil, which is sad, but that's not my story. I'm just interested in the negatives of it so I can fully understand the thing, because I wanted to get why it made people so angry.

Short answer. The emphasis on being strong for my woman, the emphasis on pursuing my own vision, the emphasis on telling the truth and holding frame, Corey Waynes stuff on opening my heart to my partner, that was gold, the emphasis on dropping the nice guy act. Red Pill is just a stone, you can build a house with it or bludgeon someone to death. I get the hate though. A lot of angry men gather round it. Its like something every man should pass through but none should get stuck on.

I went to red pill to learn how to build a healthy functioning relationship. I got that and a whole lot more. I disagree with the tone of the red pill. But it transformed my life and my girlfriends life to.

I was somewhat firm. You sound warm and attractive. Trust that. We all have an inner bitch. There’s nothing wrong with a yearning for power, it’s just making the mistake of thinking it will fill your soul that we often make unconsciously. Journaling and bringing the truth to the surface is always helpful though. Peace

Either you're a bit of a bitch and don't realise it or they're weak men. Sounds like its more likely the latter. Do you. If you want to dig deep on it. Then journal, asking yourself questions around the subject. Why do I like to dress up at work? Why am I drawn to not hang around with male colleagues my own age? (Make up 10 or 20 questions like that) Sit with the questions, don't just rush through them, its a chance to let the truth up, and it can take a bit of time for the truth to surface.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
