If you follow some scientists who delve into human mating behavior, a few points are definitely true. Women find status attractive. (But they don't immediately leave someone they love for someone supposedly better.) Women find muscles attractive. However, despite this, many women end up with men who have more of a 'dad bod' because muscular men often signal too much short-term interest, and women, for long-term relationships, tend to seek security.
