There's nothing more to think about. Stand up for your family. If you managed to step outside of your safe space, you'd realize the world isn't a nice place. This should be made evident by the individual your attempting to defend, who feels it's OK to verbally assault a teenage girl unprovoked. The fuck are you talking about? This isn't some rando slag on the street. The kid was standing up for is sister. If you want to let someone verbally abuse your family while you cower in the corner, that's your business.
