-1	Why do so many men hate this sub I’ve seen many posts here speaking very degrading about women. Which is perhaps why women won’t come to this sub. Women are also concerned about equality, such as shared maternity leave (yes, I’m from Scandinavia), shared custody etc., but I have only seen posts or comments here assume the opposite to fit the narrative of “feminism is not about equality”. 1	While male teacher are getting false accusations women are literally being pedophiles and it's ok, feminism is a disease. Ah, I think I get what you mean now - another one of the reason why it’s not a violating is because girls have more consequences involving teenage pregnancies - and this is a way to enforce this through “strict scrutiny”. If you consider the now overturned Roe vs. Wade it makes more sense, but back then it had just been implemented. I’m not sure if I understand your comment, but apparently according to why this is not a violation of the Equal Protection Clause (Michael M meant it was discriminating since he could be charged and not girls) since the state has an interest in not having illegemate teenage pregnancy. I’m also baffled with the fact that underage girls who are married - which in it self is contradicting - can consent but unmarried can’t. Superior Court of 1981 - I just read about it today.
