The police already have a program that will be able to accurately identify and search everything for hits. They've actually caught a bunch of people this way. A lot of tech people vowed to never make this but one asshole decided to. I will find more sources later if you're still interested

I don't know how it goes for larger corporations that have a designated security guard position. But in a self owned gas station we have to lock the doors until the cops come because if you get away and even if I have you on video nothing will happen to you even if you come back. I can only have them arrest you while you're stealing

I don't think you understand what happens when someone files a sexuam harassment charge/complaint. I had a former manager basically forced out of his job because one person didn't like the jokes he would say or the way he joked around other employees. He never said anything to her demeaning or anything.
