And women are more likely to be raped

Like walking around in the middle of the night with far less fear

One example is the workplace in subjective fields like law and business. They still favor men, and a lot of it has to do with male culture, making it difficult to meet clients.
/r/PussyPassDenied23/11/17 08:44 PM

Because most things still favor men. It’s not about being allowed to or not, it’s about who has the advantage. What extremists on both sides fail to acknowledge, is that each sex has its pros and cons.

Youre in a sub called pussypass, yet you take cuss words totally seriously?
/r/PussyPassDenied16/11/17 03:28 AM

Sry mod, i guess no one here knows what good banter is. I wouldve been honored to have that title

This is not an uncommon thing for cops lol

Ya he’s nice enough to make sure no one gets hospitalized and will step in if he has to, but also doesnt want to get caught up in that mess. Or he likes the entertainment.
/r/PussyPassDenied25/10/17 02:51 AM

Well ya of course it exists as a law, but i've personally never seen it enforced, unless it's extreme. There's no children present at clubs.
/r/PussyPassDenied21/07/17 09:08 PM

In what world? Ive met many guys who've had public urination tickets, never a sex offender charge.
/r/PussyPassDenied21/07/17 11:04 AM

I've seen it. How is that hard to believe? Guys piss in alleyways all the time, it's not that far of a stretch for a blacked out idiot to pee in a club once in a while. Report it? Do you even go to busy bars? Try getting a bartender that quickly, let alone a staff member.
/r/PussyPassDenied18/07/17 03:28 AM

They piss in garbage cans and in the corners of clubs
/r/PussyPassDenied17/07/17 09:56 PM

Because there are guys who go to bars just to start shit. If a guy bumps into another guy, then a fight might start. If a guy pisses in the corner, no one cares or is too grossed out to stop him. If a guy gets piss on another guy, then damn straight a fight will start.
/r/PussyPassDenied17/07/17 09:48 PM

Would love to see a case where this happens. If you've been in a ratchet bar before, once in a while a guy will straight up pee in a corner and no one bats an eye. Not the best place to be.
/r/PussyPassDenied17/07/17 09:41 PM

Exactly, so I don't see a pussypass here.
/r/PussyPassDenied17/07/17 09:20 PM

Men piss where they shouldnt all the time.

I might dislike the alt-right for hating minorities and advocating for horrific policies, but how dare they mess with my memes.
/r/PussyPassDenied13/07/17 02:55 PM

Ever since pussypass was brigaded and taken over by the alt-right, this sub has gone to shit.
/r/PussyPassDenied13/07/17 07:26 AM

Hate to be the grandpa, but i remember back when this sub was about females taking advantage of the justice system, not bashing women for stupid jokes.

They're banning anyone that disagrees with them. wtf
/r/PussyPass22/02/17 09:52 PM

I'm still amazed anyone would pay to see him
/r/PussyPassDenied14/02/17 10:30 AM

From the donald types to white knights, this sub is always stuck in a weird stance
/r/PussyPassDenied09/01/17 10:17 PM
23

Yup, it's usually the white knights that allow this culture. We also need to team up with women that agree with us, not the men that hate all women.

It's not that it's something people take seriously, it's just really dumb.

My favorite statistic is that lesbians have the highest rate of domestic abuse while gay men have the lowest.
/r/PussyPassDenied31/10/16 07:26 PM

Like no doubt men often cause wars. We can be idiots. But some women think they're flawless bc we're willing to admit it.
/r/PussyPassDenied31/10/16 07:25 PM

Mansplaining then: a term for sexist patronizing men. Steve- "Oh silly jennifer, you dont understand this bc youre a woman, let me explain it for you" Mansplaining now: a term for men by sexist women steve- "oh jennifer, you dont understand this bc youre stupid". Jennifer - "WTF DID U SAY TO ME YOU SEXIST PIG?"
/r/PussyPassDenied26/10/16 09:13 PM

It's used a lot in sociology and gender studies groups. It was used for sexist men, and now it's devolved into this shitshow

What a great video. They even tell her the right way to fight discrimination in the workplace from a business standpoint and that doesn't work for her bc it's not her way of doing it.

I'm okay with mansplaining being a stupid, funny term to describe things, like pussypass, but when it starts to become official, how is that not blatantly unprofessional?

Lol this sub has a streak of "UPHOLD THE LAW" type people, so you get stupidly downvoted. "I drove through there last year" apparently holds more value than people who drive through there all the time. As other comments say, it depends on the highway. The expressway near chicago, like you said, is pretty much expected to have speeding. I've seen cops cruising over 85 just to get through. This guy was probably speeding on the highways right next to downtown and somehow didn't see that coming.

I tried looking at them but all I see are basic demographic stats. I don't see stats that compare race when other stats are kept at a constant. You only mention data now. Before you were using anecdotes against data, so that's why you got those downvotes.

"The sophomore marine biology major preferred the option to MSU’s gender-neutral places, where, she said, male students have interrupted work to ask her out." I'll bet good money that this only happened maybe once or twice. And even if they did it often, there's no way in hell they'd interrupt her work in a significant way. But then again I've been interrupted more times by women talking than anything else, so we should have a mens only study room.

Idk how I can get this through to you, but I address that it's generalizing, which makes it too easy to abuse. The fact that I can point out my side of generalizing and fault and you can't do that to your side, and how you throw a hissy fit, really helps my case. So thanks. To not be able to understand a shitty word had better roots is mind-boggling to me.

That's a girl laying there taking up space. You can call that woman privilege if you want. That's different from a man that forces his way for more space. when it is nothing more than a person, regardless of gender, sitting comfortably, and possibly being inconsiderate of shared space. That's a generalization. There certainly are some men who treat women differently, and would do so in this way. The professor is pointing those people out. If a woman was being a bitch to men specifically then the…

Well this was years ago, but I'll try. As I said it was about macho men. The example given was a guy taking up 2 bus or subway seats while a girl was pushed into the side, which I've seen actually happen enough times. Hell, guys do it to other guys. The teacher made it clear that some men do this, but made sure not to generalize it to all men. No doubt this was corrupted, manspreading was tumblr-ized when a girl took a photo of a guy spread out on a couch by himself claiming misogyny, but the or…

Note that in this class there wasn't a double standard, quips about women were brought up too. And it wasn't a liberal arts college if that's what you were thinking.

Yes. In fact, I would submit that probably the vast majority of people subscribed to this sub have a problem with the pussypass. If you're making a comparison between "women get away with things for being women" and "Men are condescending towards women", however, thats a whole different discussion, and I acknowledge the parallels. Although when you consider that the "pussypass", while sexist, is a positive thing for women, while "Mansplaining" is a negative, the argument tends to polarize. I hig…

You're in a sub called pussypass... shouldn't you have a problem with that too? You're pretty bold to use absolutes, so you're saying there's zero chance an actual equal rights advocate has used it correctly? I straight up addressed that many feminists blow it out of proportion.

Civics has nothing to do with suing people in america. Suing people means you spend a lot of your money and time, but only if you can absolutely prove damage caused to you and if they have money worth suing. Otherwise every slander youtube video would be sued for, political ads wouldn't exist, and major news networks would be done for. Stop wasting your time with gender studies bullshit and learn some civics. It might actually be useful to you in real life. I await your hollow and irrelevant ins…

Whether or not the term mansplaining is sexist, it doesn't mean the meaning of mansplaining isn't sexist. Suppose a man says "You're just a girl, so let me explain this to you" condescendingly. Then Mansplaining would have merit here. If you want, coin a Womansplaining term for when women assume men wouldn't understand feminine things and are condescending about it.

I mean the other side just doesn't understand what the true meaning is. There are women who used mansplaining correctly believe it or not, but of course sjw's went and ruined it already.

You can be racist and condescending too, that's not just being condescending.

lmao you come off as a dick and you suggest civics? You're clearly a lawyer.
/r/PussyPass24/05/16 05:12 AM

Ya, the difference is when you make gender a factor, which some men undeniably do, and some women undeniably blow out of proportion.
/r/PussyPassDenied24/05/16 05:09 AM

You can be condescending without being sexist. That's the real problem that both sides are mixing up.

My copy paste comment The actual term is when men degrade a woman's opinion by explaining things to them condescendingly sexist like "Oh sweetheart, let me explain this thing to you". But now stupid feminists of course are abusing it. They don't realize people are talking down to them because they're dumb, not because they're women.

I'm with you, it drives me nuts that reddit can have really good discussions and ideas and there's so little we can do, like the ferguson protests. I'd say as far as redditors go, we should band together somehow. Maybe make some subreddit for it. Then we can pressure local news networks to show these cases for what they are. Also, we can use examples like this and spread them around until it becomes a standard that politicians in elections have to follow.
