4	How to stop thinking about females? Hey man, so true. I have begun meditation for 6 Months now and it helps a lot. For eg, when I become aware that I am attracted to a women. I can now observe my thoughts, what's triggering it and, I can even ask, so what if you got her? What's next? What have changed? And companies looking to cut cost would employ as much temp workers as possible without the possibility of promotion within the organization.
