I do still prefer gender-assigned bathrooms, which includes children, for privacy reasons like adults are afforded every day. What you brought up are ways to utilize those concepts. Thankfully, not everyone needs to be able to write a compiler. Generally you can goto the county courthouse. If his name is on the birth certificate (as the father) they should allow him access to it. I don't think you are supposed to get other people's birth certificates, but it is easy to get around that. Don't do that, it's generally a very serious crime.

Correct, but I also figured out their was an investigation since I watched them perform it. I just wasn't sure what they were investigating in that area. It never did make much sense to me as no one jogs there. It's absurdly dark and the paths are littered with holes from washout. You would probably break your ankle if you tried to walk through it in the dark. The paths aren't meant for jogging, they connect different legs of the disc golf course.
