0	My recent observation of feminism I was just speaking from my experience about the twilight fans, and from what I've heard. And I was not saying that sexualizing women is necessarily discriminatory, but just that men and women do discriminate against women possibly based on stereotypes perpetuated by the sexualization of women in the media. People especially want to be desired, and thus want to be whatever the attractive sex desires. Women like powerful men, but they also like beautiful, caring men, and the sexualized versions of men you see in women-oriented media (for example, most erotic literature), is different from the images you see of them in men-oriented media. 0	My recent observation of feminism Men wanting to be more powerful? While it is true that women like powerful men, they also like cute (less powerful) men at times. I think the power fantasy comes from within male culture, and I think every human dreams about being capable, strong (be it physically or mentally), and independent. 127	If you ever let your girlfriend / wife get away with 'hormones' or 'PMS' as an excuse for their crazy behavior, you are reinforcing that behavior and they will do it again. So please stop fucking accepting that excuse. Require reason or replace. This also reinforces the attitude that women just can't help being emotional and stupid, so as a woman, I support this. There are a few women who experience real PMS issues, but it's not nearly as common or uncontrollable as people act. It's always easy to blame PMS.
