Well we pick exercises from different books and sometimes we do them together or we set goals and then work individually to achieve them. We hold each other "accountable" by sharing and debating about our successes or failures.

To me, it looks like there is no problem here. Why would you feel guilty that you waste her time? It sounds like you think you are not worthy of her. If you are honest with her and mentioned that you don't think this is going anywhere serious then it is her choice to keep going like this. If you see other people eventually you'll find someone else and I'm sure she will do it too. Enjoy your time with her while it works and stop worrying about stupid things.

I realised that I don't have to wait for anything or anyone to make me happy and I just have to find happiness inside me. In the past, I was spending a lot of my time looking at people on social media thinking how much fun they have and that I'm not worthy of it. Now I see everyone as who they are and I'm just happy with myself.
