This doesn't just apply to "seduction". This is a feeling, or thought" you could have in everyday life if you just let yourself really "live". Go out and don'tt hold back, do shit you wouldn't normally do, talk to random people. Believe me, it makes you a more well rounded person, and gives the impression that you're a fun person to be around.
