There is certainly some merit to the argument that many diagnoses and treatments are primarily developed towards men. Heart diseases is a common example of this. The reason is however, that most of the patients are men. I'm not sure what the role of a Woman's centre is in the US, I would assume it's gynaecological and maybe maternity, which makes sense to call it a women's centre then.

In my experience it's more of a 50 % increase, but I do live in a city where 2 bedroom apartments are not that common (or affordable). Also a room-mate will likely mean you have to rent instead of buy.

Yes and no. You can't sign the same kind of insurances with a roommate as you can with a "romantic" mate, at least not in my country, and from what I understand, you need larger apartments due to likely not sharing a bedroom.

I don't know. Some of my friends in relationship are certainly benefiting from it financially. Having someone to split housing, insurance and food expenses with can mean a lot. Then again, others are not.

Sure, if you rate countries by population. I would still say that a lot of countries are safer. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_intentional_homicide_rate You are for example less likely to get murdered in Turkey.

In Denmark, USA is used as a horror scenario in many cases. While it's true that many younger people somewhat idolises the USA, most of them change their opinion in their early twenties at the latest I would say. It's actually a common case of agree and amplify in Danish politics. "Sure, let's change those regulations and while we're at it, let's change them to what they are in the USA"

Considered Japan as well, but I keep reading about how the government is going to try and make laws to prevent childless men from being so. I have mostly thought about rising economics such as Brazil or Argentina but I really don't know. Singapore could probably be interesting as well.

As a non American, I've never understood the need to have a gun. Even if you want it to defend your home, how feasible is that really? From what I understand, most Americans keep them locked away anyway, and any sane home invader would surprise you in your sleep. But I do understand the stubbornness of not wanting to give up your gun just because somebody demands that you do for no real reason. Edit: Down votes? Guess I shouldn't be surprised. Reddit is Reddit.

The low birth rates in countries that are having "demographic winters" are due almost ENTIRELY to government provided (or subsidized, enabled) abortions -- if those governments actually want HIGHER birth rates, then ending those programs & subsidies and/or making abortion illegal will be far more effective. Can you expand a little bit on this? As far as I can see, you get 84 bottles for 203 USD, which is around 3 bottles a day. At 400 kcal per bottle, you'll only get 1200 kcal per day, which is probably closer to 1/2 of what you need. Edit: I suppose you mean the bags, which would bring it up around 2/3, which I guess is still pretty cheap.
