Even the constitution guarantes equality in article 15 but says women can be given special priveleges in article 15(3). Votebank politics is here to stay. All parties gave full support for enhancing reservation recently. So, all of them are in the same page. Just like the Constitution says that "all citizens are equal" but also specifies that some are more than equal in eye of law. I feel even UCC cant change that.

Based on this definition, feminism is a movement which speaks for womens rights so that equality is achieved. It can be understood as movement for womens right.
