Sword of the Stranger is also a movie I'd recommend. Other than that Berserk, but I assume you're already familiar with it.

I mean, just see it this way: would you rather see him poor and unhappy or like this?

Eat at maintenance, do a strength focused full body workout 3 times a week (GSLP, Alphadestiny Novice etc.) and do cardio on your off days. You still look like a beginner to me and I personally think PPL isn't optimal for beginners. Don't get me wrong it can be a great program, but beginners benefit a lot more from higher frequency full body splits in my experience.

Some recommendations: - Greyskull LP (3 days a week) - Alphadestiny Novice (2-3 days a week) - Stronglifts 5x5 (3 days a week) I'd personally go for Greyskull LP (Phrak variant), but all 3 of those are great options.

Never had a problem with wearing glasses. Just make sure they fit your face shape. I'd recommend some thin frames though.

In my experience, there is definitely a correlation between higher education and feminism, sadly.

I would highly recommend Greyskull LP Phrak variant for beginners.

Follow the Greyskull LP program, I'm sure you will get all your answers then.

You're an emotional wreck as far as I can see. Steroids will only make that worse. Seems like your looking for a short cut which isn't there. And for real bro, only lifting for a few weeks and already considering juice? Consider them in like 3 years when you gained more knowledge and a solid base.

I see a lot of myself in you. My advice is to become an expert in the things you enjoy. You say you like lifting and mma, become the absolute best you can at them. It'll keep you grinding and have you meet like minded people. As for college, just realize it's all temporary. Just get in and do your job. The real world begins after college. I would however advice you to enjoy your time and appreciate the present more. You don't drink/smoke, so I'd recommend trying phenibut as it doesn't fuck with …

Nah, I love watching stuff like AoT and Avatar (not an anime but you get what I mean), and I'm definitely not an incel. Just because a lot of incels watch anime, doesn't mean everyone that watches anime is an incel.

Lead by example. If you want her to eat healthier, start making a habit of eating very clean yourself. She'll notice it and will follow along.

BMI doesn't mean shit. At 8.5%, your hormones are a literal mess. Eat your food and lift your weights, you will both look and feel better at 10-12% BF with more muscle.

Don't drink Drink less Try phenibut (maximum of once a week, check the phenibut subreddit for more information, as it is definitely a dangerous substance if you abuse it.

I don't know if you do, but try and stop watching porn/masturbation. It will help a lot.

Where I live, they have been closed for like 5 months now. Just do some calisthenics and running. Set some goals you want to hit and work towards them.

Have some small talk with all people, nothing forced like talking about the weather and such, and see where the conversation will go. Genuinely be interested in what they have to say, people love to be listened to.

If you're gonna approach her, do it when both of you are leaving. Have some small talk and if she's positive ask her number.

It would definitely have its benefits. The military resembles some of the points you mentioned and I always hear people meet life long friends there. But there are obviously downsides in being in the military which wouldn't suit everyone.

Looks decent, but why would you keep the same rep scheme for all exercises? I'd personally stay in the 4-8 rep zone for the big compounds (squat, bench, DL, row, press, pull up) as this allows for easier progressive overload.
