The Art of Sensual Massage. 40th Anniversary Edition Its not typical TRP material, but I highly recommend it. I've started giving it to all my close friends when they get married. Its great for learning Kino / being dominant with your hands / giving your partner pleasure.

Take online courses in your areas of interest. Lots have videos you can watch and take a quiz afterwards. www.coursera.com

Respond in the same way you would if one of your guy friends was talking about his arms hurting after lifting. You want to engage without coddling. Ask adult questions. You make stronger bonds with people when they feel that you understand them.

Did you stop cold turkey or ween yourself off? If you did it cold turkey you're probably going through withdrawal symptoms, which can make you uneasy / anxious etc. Your body is going through all the physical changes as it adapts to not having the opiates in your system. If you over-stress about immediately fixing your symptoms you'll give yourself higher anxiety than you already have. Its a process -- acknowledge it and build off it.

This. He knew what he wanted and he took it. There's an important distinction: He didn't take 20 women, he took EVERY SINGLE WOMAN in the VIP section (which just happened to be 20).

It sounds to me like you're downplaying yourself to put yourself on the plain of other people so you think they'd be more comfortable talking to you. That's not being modest imho. You're a surgeon, women will want to hear great tales and compliment you as a sign that they respect / want you. You'd just come off as insecure.

He said 20 miles, not minutes. Depending on area that could be a lot longer! Do later evening activities and she'll crash at your place soon enough.

I would not have known this if you hadn't said it. I have a feeling most people outside the medical world would say the same thing. My reaction to your first sentence: "oh cool!". Second sentence: Oh. why did he go there?

strongly disagree with this. Finding a counselor through recommendations is the best way to go - someone who doesn't just say "uh huh, tell me how you feel hur durp". But someone who challenges you both and calls you each on your shit. You want to reach the point with your wife where she is wanting to improve herself like you. You're trying to improve yourself with TRP, she needs the kick in the butt too. Whether or not counseling starts the kick, it will be a great tool for continuing her devel…

To figure out whether i should help out the opposite sex, I prefer the "princess and the Donkey" analogy based off the movie Shrek. Shrek will fight, defend, and do crazy stuff for the princess. The Princess does things back for him. The Donkey is largely left to his own accord. If you have a girl, or a girl you're pursuing, think of Shrek & his princess. Everyone else is the ugly Donkey you shouldn't do shit for. At the same time, imho if its simple stuff that doesn't take you out of your way, …

I know you said you were looking for new experiences, but i'd really recommend an adult league for waterpolo or competitive swimming. You'll be more likely to continue it since you won't be a total noob, and lets be honest, its a great all around workout for your body.

yes, but i only suggest it if you can do it correctly. it conveys several things: You have strong hands. It establishes a physical dominance. Conveys you know how to give pleasure. Done correctly: Alone. Have oils (even mineral oil) / professional massage cream (Unscented Freeup Massage Cream works great). Have a towel for her to lay on, towel to cover her areas that aren't being worked on. If its someone not willing to remove clothes - done correctly a clothed massage will lead to them wanting …
