The woman in the video was obviously approaching Joe Rogan with a feminist perspective. So the label was not assigned for the sole purpose of tarnishing views I don't agree with (It was actually the label of the video I found on youtube). I agree though that the belief of male inferiority is not uniform among all schools of feminism. IQ is an approximate measure of intelligence. I have heard a lot of people criticize IQ tests in my life, but I have never heard one these critics provide an alternative way to efficiently measure intelligence.

I had a friend in college who's father was an engineer at Boeing. His father worked in a group of 50 engineers with 10 specific leads. Out of these 50 engineers 6 were female, but it was mandated that half of the leads had to be female, so 83.3% of females became leads and only 11.4% of the men had that same opportunity. This is an example of quotas in practice.
