And I think legally it's very dubious if teachers break up fights too

Well I was talking about the UK

Umm UK legal definition disagrees

Yes. Doesn't mean that they are incapable of sexual assault, which I don't think people understood

No theres more to it than that. Did you read the link?

Either that or punishment for sexual assault is increased. But again I'm not a law expert. Also thank you for being civil, unlike the other responses I've had

Oh yes of course. I don't think there's any denying that, but I don't think people understood what my point was

Thank you for the constructive comment with no substance

I mean a courtroom deals with the law, and thats what the law states so idk what your point is. And of course rape is rape. It just matters what rape is.

I think the link I sent makes it clear

No I believe the law says that the person who is penetrating is committing the offence. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rape_in_English_law

Dw I couldn't really care less about your insult. But the fact still remains that in UK law at least, you require a penis to rape. Idk why suddenly I am wrong about this

In the UK the law makes it clear that a penis is used. Also idk but you want to fuck me, but that is non consensual. Kind of ironic

I mean legally rape means penetration with a penis oral, vaginally, or anally, without consent. Last time I checked women didn't have penises, but you never know Edit: I can confirm this is the UK legal definition, but idk about other countries

Maybe in this case, but in the majority of cases where men may not be able to gather a good defence, let alone go for defamation, idk

You disagree with what?

Tbf I think it's an industry standard to document those kinds of things

Yes but not everyone is in the position Bieber is in where such allegations don't really damage his popularity, and he is able to file a lawsuit

Yes but unfortunately they are still made. If they are private, it will discourage them

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
