Yeah, the most challenging book I’ve ever read, took me few months on and off until I finished reading it, still didn’t digest it that much. Time to reread it again with a notebook and a pen in hand.

Yes. Micromanagement, interruptions from phone calls, bitch female coworkers and upper management that’s useless. And I get more offdays doing the nightshift compared to the dayshift.

Sadly the dayshift is severely understaffed, full of drama and generally not healthy to work environment-wise, always preferred the nightshift, guess I’ll just have to take the consequences of working nights.

After that longterm nightshift, I’m assuming your hormones aren’t in check, especially Vitamin D. Do a blood work then work it out from there.

My older sibling getting aggressive and threatening me while my father is present, father remained silent, and my mother favoring the sibling. All of this led to introspection and also how those with the lowest education yet the best connections/networks are getting ahead in life (money, beautiful girls etc) compared to those with better education and few connections and networks. Still not over it, but I’m progressing.
