I’m sorry dude, but fascists in the past have always censored or destroyed art with differing opinions about the expansion of culture. Am I supposed to respect racist art made by people to push a racist agenda? Literally tell me about some art made by an artist that is far right leaning.

Who are these right wingers making art? The authoritarian governments want censorship of art. That includes leftists and right wingers. I don’t want that. I’m not centrist. I do lean left, but I have similar goals to you. Stop fighting with everyone and calling every concept or idea you don’t like “left.” It’s childish and no one with a brain will ever take you seriously in a discussion. Do you really want to get rid of art that makes you feel funny or angry or preaches to a different tune? Do y…

There are dozens of news organizations that say the no go zones are a myth, and like 3 that use one youtube video to prove they do. I’m going to trust the Atlantic and publications like them over a YouTube video. Sorry. I just don’t believe this conspiracy theory, and I’ve never encountered or heard of no go zone when I spent time in Europe.

Can you give an example of someone on the right making anything artistically intriguing, culturally relevant, or topically important within the last 5 years across any medium? The last time I think the right or far right did anything artsy was in the 1910s in Italy during a period called futurism that was inspired by the rise of fascism. The right doesn’t like art because it asks questions about and critiques culture. They want a very rigid and moralistic landscape to build on that only a certai…

Because you still benefit from the the institutions that were established to segregate races, and our country still carries out atrocities to this day in the name of “Christian/American values.” Which is just code for white culture.

I’d also argue that white people where the most imperialistic than any other group. Most bad things happened within in continents between neighbors. Britain, the rest of Europe, and America really fucked with EVERYONE, stripped back culture, and exploited recourses. And sure, we didn’t invent slavery, but we certainly got the most use out of it, and we have to done very little as a culture to reconcile what we have done to other peoples.

No. The original point was someone confused how white people could ever have a bad reputation in recent history

There’s literally no evidence he was planning to do that at the time we invaded.

Read a fucking a history book. It’s been brewing for hundreds of years. We’ve oppressed, subjugated, or exploited every group of people on this planet. You think people just forget that shit?

This is the most ridiculously narcissistic comment I have ever seen. "Any one that disagrees with me is crazy and I ignore them since I know more and am perfect." This world is fucked.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
