7	Not sure if this is common in other countries, but I thought IKEA in Norway got it right on this one. Okay, I saw this out of context in my front page, and I thought this was a story about a stick figure man throwing a baby in a trash receptacle and then not having a baby anymore. The white circle that is his face doesn't emote either a mood of elation or sadness, so this could be construed as morbid advice or a cautionary tale. Statistically, that means only that there will be less women who are up to standard for combat roles, not that women are in general worse off than men in the position. So naturally, you might see less women serving in combat roles than support roles based solely on their capability to perform the job, ignoring any cultural norms.
