It’s because you are relying too much on outcome dependence in those situations. Basically, they are so beautiful to you that subconsciously you actually care how the interaction will go, so you act unnatural. Try interacting with these same people but without caring how it turns out one way or the other. You’ll be more relaxed and natural, and it will reflect in your interactions.
