There are definitely women out there who want sex and nothing more. However, they're the exception, not the rule. Even then, I've fucked girls who wanted strictly sex and even if they didn't want to cuddle or kiss, they still wanted to stick around or grab a bite to eat. I think this is where a lot of the newbs fail. They try to do it all at once. I fell into the same trap myself. Eventually, I realized that if I focused on one thing, I get better at it faster. Which allowed me to move on to the next and get better at that. TRP is a relay not a sprint. Each pass of the baton is a different goal or habit that you work on until you reach the finish line.

I can't speak for OP, but for me, it required changing my entire mindset towards women. It's easy to go into the honeymoon phase and see all the great things about a particular girl. I feel like the aftercare is more important than the fuck itself. Not taking anything away from laying pipe, but when you break it down, women want time/company. Men want sex.
