I think a lot of millennials are immature. Guys and gals. When one person pulls more than half the load that's not a great relationship. The two should be willing to work in tandem with open communication. If that doesn't happen organically then it wasn't meant to be, it's just that many couples rush things and don't realize this until they're married. If they put off the wedding a bit longer these things would have become apparent anyway.
