5	Can anyone give me some sources stating how many men get falsely accused of rape? But the majority of cases in those studies are unsubstantiated, dropped, or simply went to court and then the study ends there - there’s no actually proof that only 5% of the cases are false when the rest of the 95% isn’t proven to be either one. 3	What do You think about the statistic that's says there are only 2% or 1-3% of false rape accusations? And it's a common argument that is used. Wrong - the 2% is proven false before going to court. The actual studies never actually show the % of what courts determined, because they only say that 50% get dropped, and 30% go to court (and the rest are unable to be coded, so the percentage varies between studies).
