Around the end of July, I started writing down daily affirmations in my sketch book: I love myself, I love my body, I am enough, I am worthy, I am constantly growing, all problems are small problems, I am bigger than my fear/fears, I am money magnet and also things I'm grateful for and it has fucking worked wonders for me.
