I had serious issues with this when I was younger, I even used to get nervous twitches just from looking in the general direction of someone I found either attractive or to be 'superior' to me. Girls love guys that other people know, especially if it's people that are more special then the others (i.e the one that pours the drinks.) Depends on the bar whether it's possible I guess.
