I've seen quite a few comments in here talking about this specific thing. Why does the UWNT frequently play 15-year-old boys teams? It makes little sense to me. I legitimately want to see mens and womens sports combined, but that unfortunately would seem to be the eventually complete elimination of women's sports.

Equality needs to be about equality of opportunity not equality of outcome. Everyone for true "equality" wants this. It's disturbing that a phrase like this is becoming controversial. I do think social safety nets are good though, but there's no reason to disincentivize everyone by aiming for equality of outcome.

That seems incredibly subjective though. What you're offended by is very personal. I don't think harsh words are the source of shootings... I really don't see the issue. You're #1 losing money and time by dealing with this, and #2 getting a ton of likely negative PR. The dudes should've just said, "We have no problem giving you a haircut but we specialize in men's haircuts". Be done with it and earn some money. You didn't read the part about descriptivism/prescriptivism? You can't do something "wrong" when all you're doing is observing and documenting. Baby boomers don't realize how easy employment and financial independence was for them. Even people with practical master's degrees are having pretty heavy issues with unemployment.
