Looks like they’re at about a 12 on a scale of 1-10.

Yea, this is the death penalty case for child rape. This is the one.

Don’t forget that is tax free.

You both are assholes and you both got what was coming to you. Too bad she got fired over this though, but she was wrong too.

Reddit agrees with her actually. Post this in relationships and see how batshit crazy those folks are.

Just a thought, i claim the oldest kid, my ex wife claims the youngest kid. It eliminates this kind of issue and keeps my taxes the same every year.

Radio the amount of grace you gave this idiot is impressive. I can't believe they even got upvotes. Ironically, i had the same conversation last night. I was advised this was a bad idea by a woman of divorced parents. However, she totally understood my frustration even though she doesn't know i pay over 2k per month. I don't know the answer to your question but i will schedule an appointment with my therapist. I'd encourage you to discuss this with a professional.

Ok, my bad. I don't read post histories to respond to comments. I'll take your word, and assessment of the matter at face value. Good job on reminding me there are 3 sides to every story: his, hers and the truth.

Are nuts! She has repeatedly hacked into accounts that are not hers. She is trying to prevent him from having any communication with his son. 55 appointments is absurd unless cancer is involved. I think he would've mentioned significant health issues. This woman is obviously crazy and abusive. She should not be wedging herself in between him and his kids and most certainly should not be preventing contact between him and his kids.

Good luck Im planning on going pro se to change the custody agreement for different reasons. Basically, anyone i start speaking, my ex wife loses her shit. I think that will play out well for me in court. I hope i can see an attorney next week.

I suspect you may be able to get out of alimony due to her actions. I paid 6 figures to get rid of my ex wife, best money ever spent. You may want to go over to legal advice for accurate, helpful information.

If they don't listen to me im done. For me, listening means allowing me to finish a sentence and listening to listen, not to respond. Also, someone who talks TOO much. If i get the urge to tell you to shut the fuck up, you talk WAY too much and I can't deal with it. Also, you have to have drive and the ability to keep a job. I want a partner, not a dependent.
/r/Divorce_Men08/06/20 09:22 PM

No, alimony can be granted in Texas in circumstances like yours. Also, a judge may be really angry you moved to avoid alimony, unlikely to work out in your favor.

This wasn't greed, it was pride. She was pissed off that he was happy and tired to punish him, his new girl and his other kids. It backfired.

Whatever makes you sleep at night bro. Also, you're looking at 17% of your take home pay. Good luck with that.

You're an idiot. Get a DNA before signing anything. Hopefully, the child is fortunate enough that you are not their father.

Currently, you're allowed a standard deduction of 24k. After divorce, you're allowed a standard deduction of 12k. This, and other potential deductions you may no longer qualify for, will cause a substantial increase in taxes. Mine was 6k. Use the IRS withholding calculator to get an estimate.
/r/Divorce_Men13/05/20 02:47 AM

Adjust your withholdings for THIS year. You will owe a lot of taxes next year.

If you user the same software from last year it should prepopulate the info. Otherwise, create an account on irs.gov and get a copy of your tax transcript, it should be on there.

I TOTALLY understand, more than you know. You have the opportunity for an annulment because she broke the law. No alimony, no splitting of retirement. Child support might be an issue but you should come out if this financially okay. My ex wife got the equivalent of 1000 per pound she weighs. Glad I like them petite.

No spousal support in Texas. Go see a lawyer.

You can't compare this to a child. I don't feel it's disproportionate. Basically, I don't necessarily want to damage you but I want to inflict enough pain so that you will never, ever, in your lifetime think about doing something like that to me again. That's the place where his right hook comes from. But, if they had history that changes things. It becomes domestic violence and he's screwed legally.
/r/PussyPassDenied06/04/20 07:47 PM

I agree to disagree. I think you and I can agree that this entire incident is the result of her actions. Basically, keep your hands to yourself kids, the other person may not have recieved the "don't hit me back" memo and an ER trip may be in your future.
/r/PussyPassDenied06/04/20 07:21 PM
6

It's the equivalent of hitting him. If you do this to a cop, your going to jail for assault. Shouldn't be any different if the victim isn't wearing a uniform. Also, a cop would have likely done WAY worse to her.
/r/PussyPassDenied06/04/20 07:09 PM
4

Now that would be an overreaction. I don't understand why people get upset with the "if you hit me, I'll hit you back" doctrine. Keep your hands to yourself and you're very unlikely to get knocked the fuck out. Pretty simple to me.
/r/PussyPassDenied06/04/20 06:57 PM

Nope, she assaulted him. He met force with force. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. No one is obligated to allow someone to assault him, no matter how minor you think the assault is.

Divorced dude here. Absent special circumstance such as you cheating or being mentally insane, half is fair. He is upset because he has way more money than you think, just check your tax return. Interview attorneys, select 1 and file.

Did your attorney tell you that you would lose everything? Not an attorney but I thought retirement accounts were protected from bankruptcy. Also you may be able to keep certain assets in a chapter 7 as long as you agree to maintain the original contract. Basically, speak to your lawyer. She can be responsible for debts as well. My ex was a stay at home wife and had to pay ne money for debts.

Ask a lawyer. Using community property for only your benefit will likely be frowned upon by a judge. More than likely the best answer is joint debt.

My ex wife did not work. I kept the house. Im in a no alimony state. We worked this out in mediation. She knew if she affected my credit then I could lose my security clearance and jeopardize child support. Good luck, file first. Also, if you can't afford the house sell it.

You're absolutely right. I'll try to remember to send you a dm of her response to that. Im thinking I'll be a controlling narcissist. She actually sent me timestamps of me repeating the question saying she didn't have a time to answer. When I pointed out she responded repeatedly without answering the question, she shifted to my lack of response to her emails, on an unrelated issue.

Haven't seen it but I believe it after what I why through. The worst thing about it is jet brother's marriage. His wife is super awesome. She has a blog. On this blog she often describes things they do to make their marriage stronger. It's the some of the same things I suggested that were deemed stupid ideas by my ex wife. According to her, I don't know anything. Thanks for listening. Unlike that other dumbass on here.

Lack of communication is what truly ends most marriages. It never gets better in divorce. The last thing anyone wants to admit to is they still need you from time to time. You're 100% spot on there. I feel like you were the man of your house and she probably couldn't live up to your standards. Not the case at all. I tried to allow her to work through postpartum depression but nothing ever worked, everything was my fault, I'm a narcissist and a liar. Also, she left me at a marriage counseling ses…

Great, the grammar police have arrived. Yea, I'm reporting you. Yea, ME. Now, go guzzle some more cum. You two can go get Bukkaked together, I simply do not give a fuck.

Yea, you're communication is EXCELLENT. Especially the part with the name calling that doesn't address anything I asked. Again, if I was unclear about what my issue is, please enlighten me. Just like my ex-wife, another person that doesn't answer the question I asked. Then gets angry at me for pointing out my question wasn't answered, oh the irony. Also, some people might say " Can you tell me how I wasn't clear in my question?" could be a person looking in the mirror.
/r/Divorce_Men11/02/20 02:42 AM
-1

That didn't answer my question. The question is about communication, not solving my daycare problem. Do, just like my ex wife, I got two responses that didn't answer the question I asked. Can you tell me how I wasn't clear in my question?
/r/Divorce_Men11/02/20 02:28 AM
-3

Your question is irrelevant and does not address anything I asked. Since you asked, I planned to but she wanted to handle it since she is the point of contact and she was going to pick the kids up on Friday (the day it was discovered). The person she needs to speak to is out until tomorrow, she will speak to that person when she picks up the kids tomorrow.

I went to a female therapist for issues unrelated to marriage. My issues led to my marriage and suggested a divorce for me. Bottom line, interview the therapist and see how it goes. Don't focus on their sex, focus on their qualifications and experience. Ask for references. If you open up to other men you will be pleasantly surprised about how many men have been to therapy. This can get you some good recommendations.

Im in a father's Facebook group. A guy told us about his 30,000 he had to pay again because baby momma said it was a gift. If you have some documentation showing it was for child support, that's better but it's still an uphill climb. Texas is better than most states for men. But you are potentially screwed. Begin saving just in case. Allocate 17% for 1 child and 25% for two. Texas has a calculator online, check it out. Texas is a no alimony state. Find an attorney that it's well versed in feds o…

Pay by check only and write child support on it. Anything else is considered a gift. If you simply transferred funds to her instead of a check you might be screwed. Seek legal counsel immediately.
/r/Divorce_Men08/01/20 02:30 PM

That's not legal. That's a form of wire tapping. You can record conversions without consent when you are present. You may be able to get away with this by planting a device in your home but I think planting one in the car is a big no no. Consult a lawyer on this one.

"Your kids deserve a stable, loving family. Don’t wait until you are ready to divorce." This is a horrible reason to stay married. Never stay in a bad place solely for the kids. A toxic environment can make things work. That said, I don't think you are at the divorce stage yet. You need counseling. Go alone if you have too. This is something you can work at.

Audio recorder for less than 30 bucks at target. Make sure NY it's a one party consent state. Also, don't be afraid to call the cops on her. I've been there brother.
/r/Divorce_Men24/12/19 10:20 PM

That's a totally different scenario than what I am referring too. What you just mentioned, I went through. I didn't call the cops during that because unless I had a knife sticking out my chest I'm going to jail. Your scenario and mine are totally different. You shouldn't be comparing them. I can't leave it's a whole different scenario than she's hitting me. She can't claim she is afraid if me if she is not allowing me to leave the premises.

You're wrong. Men should not be afraid to call the police. Also, you can't be smarter than my lawyer who told me to call the police. Also, as long as you aren't acting an idiot it's okay to call the police.

Sure did. I had to call the police on her because she wouldn't let me leave. She said I wasn't leaving until we talked. Us talking means her yelling and me not saying anything. Fuck that noise. Remember, peace does not equal happiness and you get fo be happy too.

No, don't report them. Demand equal rights. Tell them you want a Black Power zone at the next fair. Follow that up with a White Power zone at the following fair. Keep pushing the envelope and send photos.

Pay a lawyer to find out where you stand. A consultation fee is between 250 and 500. It's worth it. Keep being cheap and you might end up on child story for a kid that isn't yours. Over seen stories writer than yours where the ex husband gets reamed.

Bad news, the bullet is still aimed in. In the great state of Texas, you are not allowed to divorce a pregnant woman. Get an atty now. You likely won't better divorced until you're able to get a DNA test. Legally, you are the father of the child solely because you are married. At least until you get this cleared up. Being frugal has cost you big time. Interview 3 lawyers, pick 1 and finish this ASPAP.

I'm in Texas and almost done. 8 years married. No alimony. Paying child support. Got the house because she couldn't make the payments. Only way to facilitate her moving out was to get an apartment in my name which is always a bad idea and sucks big time. Make sure any attorney you secure is well-versed in federal benefits because I know a guy that got screwed hard because his attorney did not know the federal rules. I believe she likely gets a piece of your federal pension. And she gets a piece …
