Your already one step ahead in admitting that you self sabatoge. Think. Why do you self sabatoge? Do you enjoy self sabatoging? Do you think by self sabatoging, it is the best solution? Or is it a sub optimal solution that just lets you get off to negative emotions short term? How can you change your self? What can you do and implement when you feel like self sabatoging? Think.
