2	Work from home? Chiming in here. Reach out to the moms in your circle and ask how they found childcare, or they would be willing to do a nanny share with you. If one is a SAHM, they may be willing to care for your child. If you could ask a trusted family member or friend to take even 4-8 hours a week, that would help significantly. Care.com is a good place to start. In my area a home nanny for an infant is ~$18/hr. At my job (tech), most have young kids. We can WFH, go into office, whatever.
