What do you really want to say? It sounds like you're disillusioned with sex rather than asking if you had sex. Being straight with what you mean here will get a better response. If your only 5 sexual partners have all been prostitutes then you have a very niche experience of sex. Paid for sex is what it is, and that experience is unique from sex with a partner who wants you. You've had a very narrow experience of the sexual world and honestly, while that could do some good for you, it also appe…

If a girl told you give guys put their dick in her but she never had an orgasm, would you think she's a virgin? You had sex.

Look man, work on yourself, all aspects. Gradually become more social and take up a hobby where you can meet others. Go out there with an open mind and over time things will improve. Always play the long game, there is no quick fix in this life. Mushrooms work for some, for a few weeks, but that isn't going to fix your problems. When your life is good, give them a try then. You'll almost certainly get more out of it then anyway.

They're just people with flaws like everyone else. And remember, looks are a depreciating asset.

Once you've other prospects and bedded a few, shoot her a message if you want to. Don't ask her what she's doing, just suggest her meeting you somewhere you're already going. Or shoot her a gif and some comment, see what she comes back with. Really though, fuck other women. This will matter way less if you are doing that.

I think you're way overthinking it. It's a wall of text and I've only skin read it after you replied. Sleep with other women, be busy and have a purpose. It shouldn't matter to you if a plate breaks, otherwise you're somewhere on the oneitis spectrum.

Sounds like that's your boundary and it's not compatible with her life and career choices. I'm making no comment about what's right, cause it comes down to what's right for you both at the end of the day.

Yes, attractive women will always het a lot of attention. Be the best of all the attention so that she wants you and not the others.

I'm gonna be honest here, and maybe I'm wrong, but it sounds like you did something, you know you did something, and you're trying to find out how you can do damage control. If you're not upfront with the details, nobody can help you.

Pull back, don't catch feelings. Demote to plate quietly. You want a girlfriend who acts like that? No? Problem here is you've already given her permission to do it, because it's been going on. Just enjoy the sex until your turn is over, and mentally detach. That's my take.

You have her on a pedestal. The relationship was good at the time, but she wasn't a unicorn. There are lots of women out there who will add value to your life. As to why you're not meeting them... perhaps you are, but your mindset is preventing you from making the most of those opportunities. Perhaps you're not vetting properly. As always, keep on your mission. Keep improving yourself. I also want to say... life is change. Dont hold onto shit, be present today, enjoy what life gives you, and mov…

She's your ex now, so you want her to occupy 0% of your mind. I get the other side, that you want to know if your bro is not really your bro, but asking is needy behavior at best. You need to strengthen your frame, and my suggestions are a good way to go about doing that. Forget about her, but see what happens re. your friend. If something is/was going on, you'll likely find out in time, anyway. Years down the line, you won't regret getting on your mission at this point in time, and as hard as i…

Not necessarily. From what you've said, there's nothing conclusive there. Even if they were fucking, that makes them assholes, it doesnt make you a pussy. Again, you mentioned that your mental health may not be up to scratch. If it weren't for that, I'd perhaps just suggest asking your friend "what was up with that?" and gauge his reaction... but I'm not going to suggest that right now. My advice is the same. Get your head out of the ex situation, focus on improving yourself and your SMV. The tr…

Sounds possible. Not your friend at all if he is doing that... however, he may have just wanted to go to that party, could be fucking any one of them there, not necessarily your girl. Same advice as applies to 95% of posts on here: Focus on yourself, exercise, work, study, whatever you do. Get out and meet new people, expand your social circle. Hard next your ex. Cut all ties and move the fuck on. Also sounds possible that you're still dealing with the aftermath of your bad acid trip. Keep off t…

Just be a good father and role model. Embody positive masculinity, and give them advice when they ask. If you try to push any kind of agenda on them, you're going to cripple their ability to form their own opinions, and prime them for entering the frame of other people.

I've never been in worse shape than OK, but the difference in sex between OK and physically great shape is enormous, so the difference you're asking about could only be bigger. Other variables could affect, self esteem etc, so take it with a pinch of salt.

Rule 1, it has got to be a question. Careful or you're going to get banned. I believe your question is: will life be like "that"? For a while, a bit. It will be had, but self building kind of hard. After, life will be much better in every way. Just get clean and stay clean.

Quitting drugs can cause mental health to decline further. I suggesting seeking out a 12 step program so you can be with supportive people who understand what you're going through. You'll be able to talk to them shame free about your paranoia and it could help a great deal.

It's hard to tell. There was a slightly passive tone in the conversation pics "it's up to you", but you got the date so that's not the issue. Perhaps escalation was too quick and she got uncomfortable. Perhaps you guys just didnt hit it off, you already noted chemistry wasnt there. Perhaps the first affected the second. Whatever the case, don't overthink it. Onto the next one(s).

I'm not sure how you're getting that impression. Men who are of the highest value to women in general are men who are on top of themselves. I'm not saying be an alpha cutout with no personality, I'm saying be the best you. Don't do it for women, do it for yourself. By exercising regularly, having hobbies, and having a purpose, you'll feel better in life and seem more interesting to others too. Sexual attraction is and should be secondary to that in both causation and importance.

If they're disinterested you're not onto a winner. Sort your diet, 2 grams protein per kg bodyweight, cut out sugars, very fatty food. Put on muscle, get fit. That's a massive improvement. Weights, for at least 2 years before you can expect to see really good results. You'll get bigger. Pick up a hobby, be good at it and enjoy it. Have a mission, make it a good one. Stop focusing on women. It will happen naturally when you're ready, and it is time.

Always bag it. Herpes, HPV and HIV, don't go away. Plenty of other nasty things too. Considering AWALT, and you hardly know her (2 months in) just don't risk it. It isnt mate guarding unless he confronts her or the guy and bitches about it. Checking to verify can be fine tuning your judgement, as long as it isn't obsessive and paranoid stuff. Abundance mindset. These girls should be plates, not LTRs. If they don't like your frame, let them drop. Don't LTR in uni. 99.999% of those girls aren't ready. Get on your own mission, it will help a lot.

Kiss before tits, dude. When you started feeling her up after she rejected the kiss you cemented yourself as a creep in her eyes. Why did she avoid the kiss? I can't get her out of my mind. That's budding oneitis. Check yourself. If you want to be an orbiter, sure message her all the time. That'll show her how highly you value her when she is offering nothing but the validation her attention provides (which should be none). Occasional messages, if it's still fun. Otherwise get on with your life.

I was called short by a huge guy (6'8") in a bar recently while with LTR and friends/ girlfriends. I just turned to him and said "you mean me?" He replied "yeah". I just laughed AT him and turned away. I reacted that way because it didn't phase me at all (that's what frame will do for you). Far as I'm concerned, he was intimidated by our social presence and wanted to try to knock someone down. He got dismissed. Once your frame is strong, it won't bother you at all.

In the past it occasionally happened to me. If it did I'd just get on doing my thing, maybe listen to an audiobooks and order a wine. 15 mins, ok sure. Later than that (happened twice in my life) and I'm not really interested unless theres a real good reason and contact explaining in the run up. That might warrant 1 more chance, or it might just be the end her chance.

That's a big realisation in your personal life. You're going to want to spend quite a bit of time processing it, nobody else can really tell you what to do. I'd say don't let it knock you off your journey. Take time and process. I know someone who went down that rabbit hole, after years of continuous work and digging, they are now in contact with brothers, sisters, aunts and uncles, cousins who they never knew they had. Maybe that would be for you, maybe not. It's your journey, like I say. Just …

If your partner 100% would, she isnt actually your partner. It's a spectrum. Some women are amoral sex addicts, so are some guys. Some women will flirt and occasionally cheat, some flirt but never (practically or even literally) cheat. Some women will self regulate down the line. I know some like that. We're all humans, we all have sexual desire and emotional and psychological attraction. How an individual is put together, how self aware they are and how much self control they have, among many, …

You have to read the side bar, rational male, and book of pook. If you've already done it, do it again a bunch more times. Seems very BP... One girl is giving you less of her attention. So what? I'm a solid 9/10 on looks. Get the works that goes with it. In my younger years, before I had frame and game, it didnt last long with girls. Gets you in the door, even to the bedroom, but you need frame and game to keep them around. And you've got to know how to make them cum, which is about way more than just a big dick.

I cheated a lot in my younger years. One serious relationship I told her, we broke up. Once trust is gone, it takes a fucking long time to come back. Couple of years later and a lot of space we started hooking up. She was interested in giving it another go, still is. It might work, but I have a rule about not going back. On the one hand, people learn by making mistakes. It's possible you could have a successful LTR going forward. Equally you might not. On the other hand, if you try now, there's …

Nobody should be in that position and psychologically it is going to take a lot of untangling and a lot of time to resolve. You can try explaining your issues with the way you are treated, calmly, once. If there's no receptive audience then you don't have much in the way of choices. Keep your head down, withdraw as much as possible and get the fuck out of there asap. Finish your study, start the job and immediately move out into a rented place you can afford. Abusive parental relationships are common and will fuck with you big time, especially if you are dependent on them.

It's a very niche thing, and treatment (as I know you know) requires years of training to perform. You don't want novices fucking that up with their two cents. I've had 4 virgins in my life, it happens, but it is very rare. You also wont know with any degree of certainty. If you're pre-qualifying on virgin status, you're gonna have a life long dry patch and you can say goodbye to abundance mentality. Being in a new country alone is hard, I've done it several times. Doing it during covid is hard++, no doubt. Treat it like you would any rough patch. Keep focused, exercise, eat and sleep healthy, and find productive ways to spend your spare time. That's the way to get through it, things will improve. This isn't really a TRP question, but good on you for reaching out when you needed some external redirection. The experience will make you stronger, and next time you won't need to ask.

If you haven't given her LTR status yet why would you need to demote her? If she is still just a plate, why would it bother you what she feels for another guy? I understand you're vetting her for LTR, but she isnt there yet, clearly. Take a little space, apply dread, don't appear bothered. It's a red flag, so I'd be giving it much more time to see consistent, right behavior, before even considering an LTR here.

No. LDRs (long distance relationships) very rarely work, and it sounds like yours wouldnt. TRP generally doesnt view LDR as a real relationship at all. Also, you get into an LTR because the person has demonstrated very clearly and consistently that they're someone who is worth that, and it's what you want. You don't do it for convenience. Don't do it.

Working abroad is life on hard mode. It is actually great for learning and growing, but it isnt easy. The UK, despite being small, is actually pretty diverse. You'll have an easier time meeting new people in the North than you will in the South. Where is your offer, roughly? Don't doxx yourself.

This is what having a mission is about. You need to be busy and focused, and have time for fun in your life too. The rest will come naturally. Depending on how much of a priority female company is for you and how much time you make for it, you may have dry spells... it would be normal. Just be focused on your shit, doing some interesting things, and when you meet someone you're attracted to, you can invite them along with you to something. Things will pick up again.

Personally I don't do that. I wouldnt want it done to me and i think it's a good value to "be the change you want to see in the world". That said, TRP is amoral, so others will be more comfortable with it. Just got to decide what you want to do.

Try avoiding porn like the other users commented... but really you need to see a doctor about this. It's a medical issue and asktrp isnt a medical sub. Good luck bud, I have no doubt you'll get it resolved.

Dude read the post. He says it stopped after a year (5 years ago) and resurfaced recently. I'd agree that even a year is a long time, and also understand we have a lot of people in this sub who need straight talk... but he doesn't appear to be such a case. Not to mention that stalking and harassment can be extremely serious of the perpetrator is mentally unstable, which they could well be. People get killed.

Oh. That's hard for me to say because to know for sure I'd have to perform that exercise only, track gains over time and then add heavy dead lifting and continue to track progress and compare. All I can say is that deadlift is a good exercise which uses a lot of muscles training those muscles will help improve their readiness for some other exercises.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean. If you're asking whether heavy deadlifts will help add mass, yes they will... but my point is that you're much better to start light and keep form correct, building the weight slowly. You dont need to lift the weight that your body is ready for, not that your ego wants you to be capable of. I had to learn that the hard way when I was younger.

At 17 your body is a long way from done growing. A lot of men 'fill out' between 25 and 30 years old. I was always the same, don't worry about it. Keep training hard and eating healthy, keep protein intake nice and high (1.5g per kg bodyweight) and you'll keep adding lean mass. Be very careful with deadlifts and squats. Go for form over weight and increase slowly. Always check your form isnt compromised. Getting there fast at the cost of your physical health is no good. You're doing great, keep …

Dont overthink it, overthinking is a bigger mistake than any individual mal communication. Just focus on your own stuff, and continue as if nothing happened. Keep it light and joking, and only show interest if it's still fun for you!

Normal rules, calorie surplus, gain weight, calorie deficit, lose weight. What kind of weight you gain or lose depends on your diet and exercise regimen, but the above rule is always true.

If you're someone with a human side, it is good to show that sometimes, you problem here is that you picked the wrong moment. She messaged flirty and sexual, you needed to respond in kind, or leaving your interest in question... but not go sensitive at that point. Just the wrong time for it, that's all.

I give a flirty playful response first time, maybe first few... reading the situ. After that it depends. Is she asks again looking for a real answer: If I'm not bothered, joke again, or say "nothing serious". If I like her enough to want to plate her I'll say "have fun, get to know each other and see where it goes". To put it very simply.

It sounds like you see yourself as less, and if so you will be communicating that through your mentality and outward presentation. Begin by doing a few simple things, and stick to them religiously: Wash and groom yourself well. Keep your nails cut and clean, trim facial hair, wash your face and body properly every day. Have a good haircut and keep it it neat. Pick one or two hobbies and start them now. Get good at them, it will take time but give you confidence. When you are good at them, maybe …

I agree. Too many people see RP as being about women being fuck toys with no other value. They're people. To me RP is about being the best male you can be, enjoying life and not being fucked over by manipulation, losing your autonomy or becoming 'beta'. That doesn't preclude emotional attachment to a woman if you deem her to be good enough, the type of person you want to spend time with etc... as long as you're still prepared to walk away when/ if it isn't working for you anymore. Denying yourse…

Thanks for the reply. Totally agree... my buddy runs the bar so i was talking with him, otherwise no way would have waited! But quite absolutely right regardless, I was responsible for the poor choice. You've put it well, thanks.

Probably fair. But no, I'm here to elaborate if someone cares to ask. Since your post is a challenge, I'll happily give more info. Solid plate (1/5) had me waiting close to 2 hours for a meet up. I should have left long before I did. Once I realised, I decided the best course of action. I met her anyway, acted normal and didnt go home with her (she expected sex). I've learned 2 lessons: 1) Never compromise frame (of course I knew that, just learned how easily it can slip if you feel secure in it…

In life people give and people receive... some give more than others. Everyone wants different things, and specifically want an absence of other things. If you know what you want and what you dont, it makes the marketplace of social interaction and relationships something which you can navigate and get what you want out of. It's highly chaotic until you impose and enforce your own expectations and filter what you allow to be a part of your life on an ongoing basis. What you're filtering is part …

A covert contract is an unspoken agreement which you believe to be solid... its specific. Life in general is transactional but should not be so in a rigidly defined way. It's not a covert contract that someone should meet your needs and not cross boundaries in order to be raised to LTR, it's just healthy relationship dynamics. One is narrow, the other is broad. I hope that helps.

You don't owe it to anyone to explain yourself. You've been given some great advice here. Perhaps spend some time going over the sidebar again.

Covert contracts create implied dependency, that's bad. It should naturally be a back and forth (give and take relationship, or rather each gives)... it should be organic and mutually beneficial. That's the nature of the transaction. If it breaks down you walk away from it.
/r/askTRP31/12/19 06:50 PM

No a contract does not need to be signed, why would you think that? If you want to, do it. But you're setting your frame in a pretty solid way there. First sex you have is paying for it. You'll have a hard time changing your mind from the idea that sex is something you dont deserve and have to pay women for. Recall that you are the prize, and if you're not yet then get your shit together and get working on yourself.

Let her know that if she wants to not clean, then she cooks. It seems reasonable to swap roles occasionally. You could even cook together to help her learn, and clean together. No loss of ground here, but some good, mutually beneficial compromise... and if she gets better at cooking it's a positive-sum outcome.

What u/watergains said is correct, I 100% agree. I just want to add that you dont actually have to keep the scapulae retracted for pulling movements. You can allow your back to relax at the end of the release, but the first thing you should do before you begin the pull movement is retract again... all while keeping tension on the muscles. That will allow you to improve strength and control of your mid trapezius and rhomboids...

I'm sorry that your family has to go through this difficult experience... My own mother was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer 5 years ago, it had spread to the lymph nodes in her arm. She recieved treatment and went into remission after surgery and things have been good since. We always worry it may come back, but she seems healthy now and is off treatment for 3 years. My thoughts are with you all. As for the woman, I'd say have an honest conversation about what you need her to do to support …

That's 6 years of building trust broken in one go. You're going to have to grieve for the relationship and that's exactly what you're going through. It's important to remember as you do this, though, that her actions speak about her character... not about your value. While you go through this process keep occupied with self improvement as you always should, and you will find yourself beginning to heal in no time.

You can get massive, and it can take years... depends on your genetics, how hard you train, how well you rest, how well you eat... kany things. Getting big naturally takes longer, but you absolutely can get there. Is it worth it? That depends on how much you value the goal of being massive.

Maybe I'm mis reading his post. It seems to me that he is saying he feels as though he doesn't want to deal with women in his personal life (in a romantic way) at all and when he says MGTOW he means acting on this feeling. That they aren't worth the effort and he would be happier without. I think what you're there describing is a perfectly healthy view... but I didnt think that's what OP meant.

Whether someone agrees with your POV really depends on if they see women as an essential component of a happy life. A purpose, a home, family, health, financial security are all essential, but it's highly debatable whether women fall into the same category of importance. In fact, judging by TRP ideology, I'd say women fall more into the category of overly consuming hobby than something essential to a happy life. Personally I enjoy socialising with women, but if OP doesn't find the same pleasure …
