Meditation helps with this and so does yoga. Basically, you have to do things that give you anxiety until you desensitize yourself. Also, if your thinking is faulty, you could benefit from using CBT techniques and changing your thoughts. You could do this with a therapist or find books on this topic. Cutting out caffeine, refined sugar, and eating healthier can help as well. You should also get a full blood panel, if you can, to rule out any vitamin deficiencies, as some deficiencies have been l…

Yeah, not sure where that other dude got his information about vegans having more arthritis, WFPB diets have proven to be anti-inflammatory and can possibly reverse many diseases such as arthritis

I’ve been on a plant based diet for the past two years and have been consuming roughly 3500-4000 calories a day. My meals are pretty simple: Breakfast: Homemade smoothie (I use oatmeal, banana, frozen berries and chia seeds) Lunch: I pretty much usually eat lentils or beans with rice, pastas or veggie burgers for lunch. Don’t like cooking so I keep it simple Dinner: Another smoothie similar to the one I eat for breakfast. I also snack throughout the day

Goodfellow is underrated. I bought some nice shirts from them for cheap and get complimented on them

How healthy is your diet? Are you eating a lot of processed food like chips, cookies, and candy? Do you exercise? Do you go outside and get some sun at least for a little everyday? Do you sleep 7-8 hours? All of these are important factors that can can cause depression or help combat it

Try eating a healthier diet, if you aren’t already. Cut out processed foods, sugary drinks and candy. Eat more whole foods, fruits and vegetables. You’d be surprised how better you feel when you eat healthier. Exercise is also important. Meds should be your last resort. Good luck!

The bulking/cutting cycle you mention is interesting. How long do the bulking/cutting cycles last?

Nice watch, long sleeve button up or polo if it’s too hot, khaki/blue chinos or jeans that don’t have holes, and nice shoes that aren’t dirty

Try not to judge your obsessions and just let them be. Don’t fight them or they’ll keep sticking around. Basically accept whatever intrusive thoughts you’re having and they’ll lose their power. Meditation can help with this.

Look into probiotics. Make sure the CFU’s are at least 10 billion and take 2 daily. Probiotics themselves helped me heal my IBS symptoms the most. Look into the low fodmap diet and see if that helps as well. Drink plenty of water and meditate daily.

Try mediation. Seriously try it out and stick with it. Also, read Claire Weekes’ book called Hope and Help for Your Nerves. It’s a little outdated but the principles are still relevant. These methods alone helped me really reduce my anxiety and even “cure” it. Don’t forget to lift

The concept of losing weight is simple (losing it is another story haha) : you need to burn more calories than what you’re intaking. You need to figure what your TDEE is (how many calories your body uses just to stay alive) and eat less than that and/or burn those calories via exercise. You could use a calorie tracking app like Myfitnesspal or Cronometer to track how many calories you’re intaking if you’d like

There’s protein in pretty much every fruit and vegetable out there. The one’s that have a high amount of protein though are your legumes such as; beans, lentils and chickpeas to name a few. I eat mostly beans, lentils and seeds daily since you need more protein when you lift. A plant based diet is typically low fat but I get my fats from flaxseed, chia seeds and peanut butter mostly

Carbs from fruit or vegetables aren’t bad. Refined carbs such as Oreos, fries, chips etc are the carbs people recommend you stray away from. If you’re interested or curious of the effects of a plant based diet, you should check out nutrtionfacts.org. It’s run by a doctor who specializes in nutrition and uses unbiased studies to back up what he talks about. He also has a YouTube channel with the same name Yes, I started lifting around last May and have gone from being 140 all my life to going up …

Nah, what I would recommend would be eating more vegetables and cutting or even eliminating meat from your diet completely. I was having high cholesterol issues a couple years back and went on a 100% whole food plant based diet. I got tested last year and everything was back to normal and I’ve never felt better. I’ve read that eating a plant based diet also helps create more testosterone and I believe it. I’m horned out way more often and feel like I could hook up with any girl. It’s pretty awes…

You may think I’m lying or whatever for saying this, but if you’re eating meat, cholesterol builds up in your blood vessels that go to your penis as it would build up anywhere else in your body. You should look it up if you don’t believe me. It’s also a sign that you might have heart disease/ might have a heart attack soon

Try eating a whole food plant based diet, exercising, and going outside 15 minutes minimum daily
