This is only true of SJW movies. People writing SJW movies have no idea how to write a strong female character, so they do it by making the male characters weak and/or stupid and/or evil. That wouldn't affect the ad because it says "female run and owned" so the owner/manager is/are women. That's really all the text of the ad says. Hiring a man would not cause a problem with the ad unless it was a manager. If it's a small company the owner and manager are likely the same person.
